Personnel agréable, serviable , piscine bien
La chambre était un peu sale ( poussière un peu partout dans les coins ) et le réfrigérateur sentait un peu fort .
The room was really nice and clean. It had well working air con and fan. It was equipped with a Brand new mosquito net tent . It had a great balcony with nice views. The bathroom had hot water.
The food at the Restaurant was ok but nothing special.
They could do more against mosquitoes and insects. It was the first hotel that didnt burn or spray anything. It had the most mosquitoes and insects (not in the room but the other areas of the hotel)
Late Check out was not possible. I spent the day at the pool, Restaurant or Lobby. It was just too warm for me since the Restaurant and the Lobby had no aircon.
Increíble estancia en Negombo. Personal super agradable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar a lo huéspedes. En general, una estancia para repetir sin duda.
Comfortable, practical rooms with fridge and nice beds. Attentive staff, lovely pool, great location and great price. The restaurant even having a pizza after a 24 hour flight was fresh and we enjoyed our first beer. Also had a wellness center that was best priced we have seen

Great location, close to the Main Street bars and restaurants but on a quiet residential road. Absolutely lovely, quirky, arty small and friendly hotel. Great breakfast, lovely pool, fabulous staff.
A little bit tired in places and rooms a bit dark, however excellent value for money and such a lovely vibe overall.
Rooms were not serviced daily, that was disappointing..

Мы жили на первом этаже и это был ад. За две недели проведенных на острове мы не видели такого количества комаров. Поостыни были не первой свежести, шампунь как будто из раза в раз наливают в старый, оставленный предыдущими жильцами флакон. Персонал проявлял понимание к проблеме полчища комаров в нашем номере, но лучше не стало. Спали на кровати в антимоскитной палатке, но пока готовились ко сну оказались очень сильно покусанными. Завтрак посредственный
Era confortável e limpo. Uma Villa muito bonita com quartos espaçosos. Tinha uma boa piscina.
Wygodny pokój, przyjechaliśmy ok 5 nad ranem i nie było problemu z zameldowaniem. Fajny, nieduży, czyściutki basen, dogodna lokalizacja, spacerem do plaży 10 minut i podobnie do głównej ulicy. Hotel w cichej okolicy więc bardzo dogodnie, a na korytarzu unosi się piękny zapach jak w spa. W pokoju była klimatyzacja i wiatrak oraz wyjście na balkon. Mieliśmy opcję ze śniadaniem, które było smaczne aczkolwiek codziennie takie samo. Bardzo uprzejma obsługa, odpowiadali na nasze wszystkie pytania i byli chętni do pomocy. Zjedliśmy również kolację w restauracji hotelowej, była bardzo smaczna.
Śniadania trochę mało urozmaicone, codziennie ta sama wersja - tost, omlet, kiełbaska i szynka z talerzem owoców. Śniadanie było smaczne ale można pomyśleć o jakimś urozmaiconym menu. W pokoju była moskitiera nad łóżko ale widać że już ma trochę czasu i nie robi wrażenia najczystszej. Pościel mogłaby być czystsza, na naszej były ślady długopisów.
tout était vraiment très bien : l'ensemble du personnel : disponible, serviable, efficace; l'hôtel lui-même : le charme de sa décoration, la piscine, le restaurant (très bon), le petit déjeuner; l'emplacement au calme et pourtant proche de la mer et de l'agitation de la ville; la chambre, spacieuse avec son balcon très agréable. Si nous revenons à Negombo, nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter
je ne comprends pas les évaluations négatives, elles ne correspondent pas à ce que nous avons vécu dans cet hôtel où nous sommes restés trois nuits si je prends en compte le early check-in que nous avons pris et grandement apprécié.

The food, accommodation and actually everything was really nice and well arranged.
Nothing, everything was in a highly satisfying level.
We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Elephant Hotel – everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.
The rooms are spacious, spotless and very comfortable, and the décor throughout the hotel is beautiful and thoughtfully done. The food was delicious every time, with great variety and excellent quality.
What really makes this place special, though, is the people. The staff are genuinely warm, helpful and welcoming, and the owner is incredibly kind and attentive – nothing is too much trouble.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend the Blue Elephant to anyone visiting the area. Truly a special place to stay.

Très pratique pour une dernière halte avant un vol de retour. Nous avons bénéficié d’un « late Check out » moyennant un petit supplément. Jolie décoration, bon restaurant sur place. Piscine très propre.
