Asked for an early morning call for 3am n never got was lucky I had alarm on phone . When I approached gentleman behind dest asked wh y he just shurged his shoulders...
Great location
I paid 200.00 for incidentals at the hotel and didn’t use it and the desk clerk said it would automatically be refunded to my credit card. I called when I returned home and he said he would refund it. To date, it has not her. Refunded.

The tea/ coffee tray with biscuits was lovely, but disappointingly, when I made a cup of tea, there was no milk. This may have been an oversight, as I'm sure that milk is usually included.

New gym equipment-impressive for an airport hotel! Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Airport shuttle was convenient and ran on time.
Since there was no air conditioning and the window only opened a few inches, the room was too hot for a good night’s rest. The staff was able to give us a third fan, but we were still very uncomfortable.

Menu is the restaurant is tight. Not many options. Our son didn't get his ice cream with his kids meal
