Very disappointing, I thought it would be good based on the reviews, but I was terribly disappointed.

Cons:

Location is bad, sheets were not clean, there was construction going on at night that kept us awake, asking for extra towels costs money, would never stay here again.

falta ventilación y la gente de limpieza comienza a las 6 am a hacer su trabajo (que hacen muy bien) pero son MUY MUY ruidosos por lo que es difícil mantener el sueño.

Un buen lugar para descansar.
Pros:

La ubicación tanto para el centro histórico y fácil acceso al transporte 🚇.
En la habitación el frigobar funcional que nos permitía guardar aguas o frutas para los días de estancia.
Agua caliente al instante y con buena presión del agua en la regadera.

Cons:

Podrían facilitar un acceso extra ya que a mi esposa no la dejaron subir al elevador pues bajo sin llave. Y eso que estuvimos 5 días en el hotel.
Comentario extra. Estaría genial que ofrecieran café de cafetera y no soluble.

Pros:

Excelente localização. Perto do metrô e do zocalo. Lanchonetes, restaurantes e cafés bem pertinho. Limpeza 100%. Tudo novo. Cama confortável. Café e água gratuitos. Amei. Excelente hospedagem.

Muy buenas instalaciones, buena ubicación, los cuartos limpios, solo el detalle qué se escucha los coches al pasar en la noche!
No tiene clima el hotel, y de los días que nos quedamos en uno nos funcionó el ascensor.
Pero el estacionamiento me pareció excelente
La habitación muy limpia, muy cómoda.
En la mañana la estancia te regalan café y agua.
Me parece un muy buen hotel.
