The 3 nights stay was absolutely amazing and unforgettable! Great service and hospitality by the staff, Long Long (龙龙） and his team, which began even before arrival at the property such as providing directions and travel advice over texts (eg the tickets to purchase for Jiuzhaigou and how to buy). Was warmly greeted by the team and Hua Hua, a very cute doggie upon arrival. The room and the hotel facility were very beautiful with amazing view of the mountains, and cows and horses trodding up and down the road right in front of the hotel. Enjoyed the horse rides on the mountains, so paid to extend the time on top of the complimentary 20mins ride by hotel.
Did not want the standard dinner menus by hotel, so Long Long thoughtfully customised dinners for us and they were all very delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed the meals prepared by the hotel!
Long Long and his team also showed the local practices and customs, and made effort to regularly check in to make sure all was comfortable and safe. Liked that the room TV is equipped with an app that allowed direct access to Chinese dramas and movies.
Had a restful, and memorable experience staying at this hotel on the mountains, wished it could have been longer. The view during our 2hr journey back to train station was also excellent. Was delighted to see snow fall and snow capped trees and mountains upon arrival at the highest point during the journey. Beautiful and unforgettable vacation.

The room was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping service. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the hotel staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

酒店提供的文化体验活动/骑马/藏服拍照/唐卡是此行亮点，我们特意留了一整天时间体验，跟藏族大叔骑马上后山，与附近藏民吃喝游唱互动，穿藏服拍照，在大堂跟有美术功底的小哥描唐画，最赞的是管家姐姐用半天时间全程用相机跟踪替我们拍照，让我们留下了美美的回忆！
这次选九寨云裳，让我们不仅游览了附近九寨沟的胜景，更有机会体验了当地的文化人情，一举多得，收获满满。大力推荐。

The staffs are friendly , but they need a bit more professional training
The lodge cabin design is good but less than perfect. There was only one chair in a two person bedroom! Some minor issue with regard to the lighting in the room. But, overall, our experience remain positive .
A boutique hotel away from the buzz. Views from high up in the mountains are special; could really feel the clouds between the mountains. The staff were fantastic and the hotel design is remarkable.
