Cons:

The bathroom was filthy. The toilet pot was broken and cockroaches were in the room. I booked a double bed for my family and a room was offered to me as 2 single beds. The room is full of smoke smell.

Both mattresses spring was broken.

Cons:

We were to check in late night as per booking after our long flight to Chennai. We reached hotel with kids at 1.30 am and the entire process took them 1 hour. We had to wait from 1:30-2:30 AM just for our rooms. Initially, we were given one room even though we had booked two. The rooms were very small and mediocre. The bathrooms were also very small and not very hygienic. Moreover there was no hot water available and the flush wasnt functioning. Also, we were forced to check out at 11:20 even though we had already asked for extra time. Overall, it really wasn't a good stay.
