Pros:

The facilites were fabulous, the ocean spot is gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Our room was a bit sparce for furniture and I think they recently painted it so had a paint smell that was obvious when we closed door at night. The second night we left doors open and it was better.

Świetnie położony obiekt, bardzo czysty, obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna, bardzo smaczne śniadania, wysoki komfort i wszystko godne polecenia

Do poprawy:
- obsługa na basenie powinna reagować na rezerwowanie leżaków i walczyć z tym,
- cena dań w restauracji absurdalnie nieadekwatna do ich jakości (ceny bardzo wysokie)

Incredible stay with personalized experience
Pros:

It’s hard to find the right words for this place — we had an incredible stay. The views are breathtaking, and the design (both inside and outside) is really unique and beautiful.

The staff truly made the experience special. We were celebrating our birthdays, and they surprised us with cake and champagne in our room, plus little thoughtful gestures throughout the day, which we truly appreciate.

Everything was spotless, rooms cleaned perfectly every day, and even in the off-season all facilities were well maintained. The pools were perfectly clean, and there was a heated one available too.

Great food, amazing atmosphere, and a really relaxing stay. We’d definitely love to come back!

Service level is just very bad
Pros:

View of the ocean, and restaurant staff by the heated pool. Thr lady which was in charge of the bar was very professional

Cons:

Acosta restaurant and coral restaurant service is just teribble, they always forget something, never fill drings, fotget children orders and so on and In general service level in hotel is very bad. Everything you have to ask 10 times.

We all LOVED it, would recommend would return.
Pros:

Breakfast was unreal - absolutely delicious and beautiful. The property is so gorgeous and relaxing. I wish i could have stayed for a month! We enjoyed a massage in the beautiful spa, my daughter loved the gym, the beach is exceptional and we ate at both restaurants that were open (off season).

Cons:

I enjoyed getting lots of steps in but if you have trouble with mobility be aware that the property is very spread out and there are cobblestone paths.
The pools were not heated other than one small pool near the spa but it was still only March. This was all fine as the experience was fabulous! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Großes Kompliment und Dank an das wunderbare, zuvorkommende Personal, das wirklich außergewöhnlich war!!
Die Lage am Meer ist sehr schön und alles ist sehr gepflegt und auch die Gartenanlage wunderbar.
Das Frühstück war großartig und auch das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt
Pros:

Wunderschön gelegene Hotelanlage mit herrlicher Vegetation und tollem Blick auf die Badebucht. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Poolanlagen sahen fantastisch aus. Das Frühstück war großartig.

Cons:

Der Wollteppich passte nicht zum Gesamteindruck des Zimmers und war zudem eine Stolperfalle.
