Cons:

Leider fehlt beim Frühstück das lächeln der Servicemitarbeiter. Diese räumen mit einem Gesicht ab, ob müßten sie diesen Job unbedingt machen.

Ganz ok, aber jetzt auch kein Highlight.
Pros:

Ambiente an sich schön. Nichts wirklich schlecht, aber da ist noch ordentlich Luft nach oben.

Cons:

Saunabereich etwas eng, besonders bei viel Betrieb am Wochenende. Nur eine von drei Duschen funktionierte einwandfrei.

Zimmer und Bad waren vielleicht etwas klein für 4 Sterne, aber gut organisiert. Als eher größerer Mann kam ich noch ganz gut zurecht, aber wenn man dann doch etwas größer in alle Dimensionen wird kann ich mir vorstellen, dass das eher unangenehm wird.

Mir fehlte auch ein anständiges a la carte Restaurant. Hätte gerne irgendetwas zwischen 40€ all you can eat fingerfood buffet und 4 Gänge Menu am Abend gehabt. Es gibt ein kleines Restaurant neben der Tischtennishalle, da bekommt man aber nur Pizza. Gerade am ersten Abend ist man da vielleicht noch nicht so gut darauf vorbereitet.

Das von anderen hochgelobte Frühstücksbuffet kann ich so nicht ganz bestätigen. Eigentlich war das alles so, wie ich es von einem besseren Hotel erwarte, d.h. es war schon so ziemlich alles da: Müsli/Joghurt Sektion, Brot u. Aufschnitt, Früchte, Rührei/Bacon, usw.. Für die Brötchen muss ich aber leider ein paar Punkte abziehen. Das waren nur diese etwas faden Convenience Minidinger. Der Pancakeautomat war zwar ein ganz nettes Gimmick, leider aber viel zu langsam und geschmeckt haben die auch nicht. Da habe ich, z.B. in ähnlichen 4 Sterne Hotels bei direkten europäischen Nachbarn schon deutlich besseres und umfangreicheres bekommen. Enttäuscht hat es mich nicht, aber ein Highlight war es mit Sicherheit auch nicht.

Tout est parfait.
Pros:

Tout est parfait, à commencer par le personnel. Chambre calme, propre et très bien équipée. literie confortable. Diner excellent tout comme le petit déjeuner.
Salle de sport et Spa propre et en excellent état.

Cons:

Stationnement un peu difficile aux abords de l'hôtel.

Es war für unseren spontanen Trip okay.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, da fehlte es an nichts.
Das Zimmer leider sehr dunkel, wie sehr viele Bereiche des Hotels.
Die Außenanlage mit dem Whirlpool ist recht spartanisch, es hat einen Hofcharakter.
Leider kein Zimmerservice.

Pros:

Ein im Tal gelegenes Hotel mit schöner Atmosphäre. Wer Ruhe mag kann sich erholen, spazieren gehen oder sich einfach drin oder draußen auf Sitzgelegenheiten entspannen bzw. In Ruhe auch ein Buch lesen. Aber auch für Spaß ist gesorgt, mit Bowling und Dart, sowie Bar mit sehr guten Cocktails und selbstgebauten Bier.

Cons:

Der Saunabereich ist doch recht klein. Müsste für die Anzahl der Zimmer größer sein bzw. mehr Platz in den Saunen.

Pros:

Schöne Zimmer und auch sonst gutes Umfeld, Personal nett und hilfsbereit, Kurse, Kosmetik usw. gut.

Cons:

Das man abends im Restaurant nur Büffet oder 4-Gänge Menü bestellen konnte, ein leichtes Abendessen nach Wahl hat mir gefehlt.
Auch das man alles per Handy nachsehen muss und keine Mappe im Zimmer hat, fand ich etwas nervig.

Kopfkissen aus Plastik sowie Bettwäsche nicht weich.

Sehr schönes Hotel, super nettes Personal und alle Mitarbeiter sehr motiviert und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht.
Pros:

Einfach alles, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Empfang super nett und einfach. Der SPA Bereich fantastisch, überall gibt es Wasserspender und es ist alles sehr sehr sauber. Wir komme wieder
