Cons:

Я из 5ти забронированных и оплаченных дней, прожил сутки, так как на лестнице отеля упал и сломал себе запястье. На мою просьбу вызвать мне скорую, портье посоветовал ехать самому в клинику. Они знпли, что я получил травму на их лестнице, но даже не поинтересовались как я.
Вообще-то могли вернуть деньги в счёт компенсации несчатного случая в их отеле.

Cons:

Komplett schmutzig, der Boden richtig schwarz man muss mit Schuhen rumlaufen, weiße Socken sind in Sekunden schwarz, Portier ist null hilfreich, man kriegt nur 1 Karte für das Zimmer. Es wurden nur zwei Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Kein Badeteppich, erst nach Anfrage. Frühstück muss nicht sein. Ich würde dieses Hotel nur im Notfall empfehlen und wenn man sparen will. Aufzug ist sehr komisch, man muss zuerst mit den Treppen un den ersten Stock, danach mit dem Aufzug rauf durch die Terrasse und dann wieder ein Stockwerk runter. Klimaanlage mittelmäßig

Ужасно плохо.

Огромная разница между фотографиями на сайте и тем что я увидел в реальной жизни. Вайфая нет, лифт не работает, очень узкая лестница по которой нужно было бы поднимать чемодан весом около 25 кг. Когда я попросил дать нам нормальную комнату которая соответствует фотографиям, работник отеля на ресепшене сказал что цена очень низкая на проживание, поэтому комната будет только такая, если я не хочу я могу здесь не жить. В итоге в этом отеле мы не остались, так как было очень грязно, и ремонт был отвратительный, в душевой полно волос. Обратившихся с помощью к Booking, сайт ничем я не смог помочь, кроме того что подарил мне бонусы на сумму которая составляет 20% от этой суммы которую я потратил на проживание в этом отеле. Очень разочарован, однозначно не советую!

Pros:

Розташування готелю гарне. Тераса на Босфор

Cons:

Відсутня будь яка парковка. Те що вказано що є парковка то не дійсність. Вона є далеко і платна ( 10 євро по словам адміністратора) номера ремонту дуже застарілі, все відвалюється.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help and accommodate our needs. The hotel itself is quite old and would benefit from some renovation. However, it was cleaned regularly, and we did not notice any issues with dampness or mold. Overall, considering the great location and helpful staff, we had a positive experience.
