Pros:

Всё прошло отлично. Я поздно приехал, но меня заселили без каких-либо проблем и всё объяснили. Также разрешили оставить вещи в отели после выселения. Всё было чисто. Персонал был дружелюбным.

Этот отель набрал пару баллов только из-за локации. До Мармарай 1мин пешком
До набережной Эминёню 5мин пешком
Не шумно, хоть и в самом центре туристических улочек

Cons:

Номер меньше в раз 10, чем показано на фото. Не развернуться, не повернуться. В туалете уломан унитаз и окно! В душевой на кафеле плесень затертая. В целом номера сильно уставшие
Завтраки одно название, одно и тоже каждое утро. Ничего существенного. Посадочных мест не хватало гостям

L’emplacement est idéal, près de Tram et de Ferry et Train et aussi tous les commerces sont à deux pas , zone touristique , les personnels de la réception sont très gentils et aimable

Cons:

Quelques petits travaux à faire ( cabine douche l’eau qui sort du cabine , fenêtre du toilette ) sa sera bien pour les clients

Lokacija hotela je odlična, a ostalo ne zasluzuje preporuke

Lokacija je odlična i pogled koji se pružao iz restorana

Cons:

Veličina sobe (premala), kupatilo bez prozora i ventilacije (vlaga se prenosi u sobu)...

Die Lage und das Personal waren sehr gut

Cons:

Das Zimmer war extrem klein.
Es gab keine tägliche Reinigung wir waren 5 Tage dort und es wurde nur 1 mal gereinigt.

Staff was nice and generous

Cons:

The aircondition wasn’t working, but the staff was really nice and move me to another room. The thing that I hate was the bed when you reserve for king size or queen size but actually it’s two single bed push them together and make them next to each other and they wrap them with sheet to become one bed so when you sleep in, you’re gonna expect that those 2 bed will separate all of a sudden and you find yourself sinking in between.

For its price, it is a very good option
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed by the comfort and attention to detail. My room was very cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Istanbul, close to the tram, metro, restaurants, shops, and the main tourist attractions. The terrace view is absolutely incredible, and during breakfast you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Bosphorus. A special thank you to Alpay for the warm welcome, his kindness, and for helping me with my luggage - he made my check-in pleasant and comfortable. I would gladly stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel

سيء الوصول للغرب صعب حيث ان الاصنصير غير كوجود في اللوبي موجودفي الدور الاول وللوصول للدور الاول الدرج جدا ضيقه بالنسبه للفطور كان محدود جدا ومتكرر و بالنسبه للغرف صغيره ولكن هذا ااشي متعارف في فنادق سيركجي ولكن الغرفه الثلاجه فيها لاتعمل والتليفون لايعمل هناك يوجد غلايه ولا يقوموا بتوفير الماء للغرف او الشاي اوقهوه بجانب الغلايه موقع الفندق جيد والشخص الذي في الاستقبال جيد ويتحدث الانجليزي بشكل جيد
