Shower was not clean
No shelf in the shower for soap/body wash
Shower cradle was broken and the hand piece fell off twice.
Kettle was not clean and had black residue in the bottom of it.
Lounge was average with upholstery buttons missing
TVs didn't work properly and WiFi would not stay connected
Cooktop was severely chipped.
For a relatively new apartment block this place was disappointing.
Oh and the room you order may be changed at the establishments discretion.

Easy location to hospital
Pros:

Super close to the hospital, clean, spacious and easy to get to.

Cons:

No options for larger cars, even after I had emailed there was no response about it just that I had to go park my car further down then street in parking that didn’t fit my car. There was no option to forfeit my park for an outside visitors park or anything. Little stressful when my child was in hospital.

Tv remote was broken which made it hard to use at times as well.

Didn't re-book! Left & went to 2 more apartments both of which were way better serviced/equipped!

Not much ....

Cons:

The room could have been a lot cleaner - and the vacuum filter had not been cleaned for ages (see foto of water in sink)!
Also, there was limited cutlery & dishes, a 'toy' microwave , no stove ...

Then the occupant of the room above was a heavy smoker - despite No Smoking signs everywhere !
So we complained & were told that the unit in question was managed by someone else so they (the front office) couldn't do anything ....
And some of the other apartments had noisy occupants seemingly with scant regard for peace & quiet - once again nothing was said or done by local on site "management". Not good enough imo.

And then we didn't have a 2nd key/garage opener .(supposedly "on order") - very inconvenient with me being locked out early 1 morning before the office staff arrived....
