De schitterende locatie en pictureperfect opzet van dit kleinschalige resort. Aanwezigheid sfeervol zwembadje is top, mede vanwege grote hoeveelheid zeegras. Heerlijk eten.
Zelfs een Nederlander kan niets bedenken om over te klagen:)

Location is great as well.
The beach was useless because of a lot of sargasm. The rooms look nice in the pictures, but in reality everything is getting old when you look closely at it. The breakfast was included but I never managed to get bread without butter on it (after 5 attempts), although what I was asking for was really simple: Just bread in its simplest form. Eventually, I bought bread in the grocery store in front of the hotel...

Zee niet begaanbaar door al het zeewier (maar daar kan het resort niks aan doen)

L’hôtel est excellent! On avait une chambre avec une terrasse vue sur mer, incroyable.
Le petit dej était correcte.
Le beach club est sympa
On est à 3min en voiture et centre et 15min à pied donc vraiment pratique.
Le personnel au top, vraiment adorable. Ils font l’effort de nettoyer chaque matin la plage des sargasses.
On a adoré notre séjour et avons même prolongé notre séjour de 2j pour profiter un peu plus du cadre
La piscine est petite, sale et pas du tout entretenue. Même si pour être honnête elle n’est pas utile lorsqu’on est en face de la mer.
Nice beach location
Everything was perfect, the staff was great, the location also and really good food at the restaurant. You are close to everything, and you can rent bikes, scouters, atv's and trips from the front desk. We really liked it, it was a great experience.

Tout à était incroyable
Le beach club est absolument sublime. Le personnel est adorable, ils m'ont aidé pour pleins de petites choses.
L'hôtel est très très sécurisé (impossible d'entrer passé 19h si vous n'êtes pas client). Un vigil est là toute la nuit. L'endroit est au milieu de beaucoup de restaurants et D'ATM. Tulum est a peu près à 15 minutes de voiture. Le parking est très sécurisé également.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est incroyable, tout est très bon ! Possibilité de se faire masser.
Nous avions eu des sargasses, mais la plage doit être magnifique sans.

L'endroit est paradisiaque, le personnel tjs très réactif, le petit déjeuner est délicieux.
Rien mais à refaire nous n'aurions pas opté pour la chambre avec "piscine-baignoire" (un jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas en réalité) sur le toit avec vue sur le toit des voisins car les transat, la plage et la vue sur mer sont bien plus agréables.
