A relaxing end to a great holiday
Pros:

We really appreciated the fantastic welcome and great service from the lovely people there - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and the terrace was gorgeous, right on the beach with fabulous views. It was great to be able to use all the facilities after we'd checked out - which meant we spent a few idyllic hours at the beach club before our trip to the airport and home. We were also given complimentary breakfast during our stay - a nice surprise!

Cons:

The coffee was terrible (though it was effectively free with the free breakfast!) - recommend Bipolar Cafe down the road for its fab flat whites. The shower pressure was sometimes not great.

Dobra lokalizacja, dostaliśmy upgrade na śniadanie w cenie, było pyszne.Rewelacyjna obsługa, bardzo uważna, dbająca o czystość i porządek a przede wszystkim o wygodę i komfort gości. Mają świetną restaurację oraz świetne drinki, nie trzeba szukać gdzie indziej. Bardzo zadbana plaża, dostępne materace i parasole. Bungalow przestronny z widokiem na morze

Très agréable, bien situé juste en face une petite supérette. Restaurant sympa et bon.
Jolie piscine.
Chambre parfaite face a la mer pieds dans le sable.

L'emplacement est parfait et calme. La plage est superbe, elle est nettoyée tous les jours.
Le petit déjeuner nous a été offert, c'est un geste fort appréciable!

Cons:

Tulum beach front de manière générale n'est vraiment pas pratique et les hotels et restaurants alentours sont devenus fous au niveau des prix.

Great location, good view, not good value for money as with many hotels in that region
Pros:

When we arrived, the location was perfect, and the rooms were cool. The view was great, and the service was exceptional; everyone was very welcoming

Cons:

1. The plumbing system changes involved harsh chemicals that irritated our eyes and potentially harmed our lungs while we slept.
2. The value for money is definitely not there, considering the infrastructure. AC was too loud. The bathroom water was saltwater, which is regular for hotels in that region. There is a clear lack of infrastructure, and it is puzzling why there is no effective filtration or osmosis system in place among these hotels, especially considering the revenue they generate.
