Die Lage top 👍🏻 das Personal zauberhaft , extrem freundlich man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Entsprach alles wie auf den Bildern . Das Essen ist sehr sehr lecker . Toller Ort mit liebevollen Personal

Great location, good view, not good value for money as with many hotels in that region
Pros:

When we arrived, the location was perfect, and the rooms were cool. The view was great, and the service was exceptional; everyone was very welcoming

Cons:

1. The plumbing system changes involved harsh chemicals that irritated our eyes and potentially harmed our lungs while we slept.
2. The value for money is definitely not there, considering the infrastructure. AC was too loud. The bathroom water was saltwater, which is regular for hotels in that region. There is a clear lack of infrastructure, and it is puzzling why there is no effective filtration or osmosis system in place among these hotels, especially considering the revenue they generate.

Lovely hotel right at the beach
Pros:

Great location right at the beach, the staff was very friendly! Water pressure in the shower was great which is not granted in Tulum. Also, we had a free breakfast included which I loved, would definitely come back!

Perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig, Nähe zur Ausgezone Tulums, kann aber auch vermieden werden. Sehr gute Küche
Pros:

Super tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit fantastischem Meer. Schönes Hotelresrestaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gut und professionell geführt

Cons:

Es wird jedes Extra in Rechnung gestellt wie z.B eine Banane für das Kind (3 Euro) Zimmerausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Pros:

The rooms were perfect (had the deluxe suite). Every last detail thought of. The lounges were comfortable and there were so many different options, we never went without. Staff were really helpful. Food was delicious. Location is great if you’re wanting to be away from the noise but still within walking distance. Loved it!!

Une honte que booking cotionne un tel établissement sale de dangereux.
Pire qu 'un todis.
Fidèle a booking depuis longtemps mais depuis deux dernières déceptions colossales je me tourne maintenant vers d autres prestataires Bien plus sérieux alors que je ne réservais avant que par booking et conseillais ce dernier a mon entourage ce que je ne ferais plus vu la hauteur du préjudice que j ai subis lors de mes vacances au yucatan.

A perfect stay in a low-profile, exclusive hotel.
Pros:

The location was perfect, far enough way from the Tulum party scene not to be disturbed by loud music but at the same time walking distance away.
We loved the huge room and terrace overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was alway good.
The staff were all very pleasant and willing to help.
