Pros:

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Château Royal Berlin war einfach hervorragend. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet und verbindet Eleganz mit einer angenehmen, entspannten Atmosphäre.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und äußerst komfortabel. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Liebe zum Detail in der Einrichtung und die hohe Qualität der Ausstattung. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem, sodass ich wunderbar schlafen konnte.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet – das Personal war stets freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Egal bei welcher Frage oder Bitte, man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln unterstützt.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um Berlin zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar, und gleichzeitig bietet das Hotel eine ruhige und angenehme Umgebung zum Entspannen.

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt rundum perfekt. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel Château Royal Berlin absolut weiterempfehlen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

The breakfast has changed , we chose every year this hotel because of its privacy and breakfast . But the conception was changed, it is poor selection , only by menu. Many things of previous years disappeared.

Great design and room size, but poor service and missing basics made the experience disappointing for a five-star hotel.
Pros:

The interior design is beautiful with artsy vibes. The room I stayed in was spacious and well designed, especially as I upgraded to a higher category.

Cons:

The staff were unhelpful and not welcoming, and I had to repeatedly ask for basic assistance, including help with my luggage. Breakfast service was slow, I waited over 40 minutes for a latte, the order was incorrect, and I ultimately had to speak to the barista and pick it up myself. For a hotel marketed as five-star, essentials like a toothbrush and slippers were missing unless requested, there was no TV in the room, and the bathroom trash bin was broken.

Just loved visiting Berlin made exceptional by our stay at Hotel Château Royal Hotel ❤️
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Château Royal in Berlin was exceptional! The interiors are divine with a mixture of art deco/art nouveau decor and contemporary art installations. Our room was beautifully appointed with loft windows, parquet flooring, a gorgeous bathroom, and comfy bed. We spent a snowy New Years Eve at Hotel Château Royal which was great fun having cocktails in the bar and being so close to the fireworks at Brandenburg Bridge. The staff were also a stand out of our stay for their excellent attention and loveliness. Thank you for such a wonderful time! ❤️
