Great hotel, great staff.
Pros:

This is a great hotel!
Not too big, no wait at the elevators and no crowd at the reception.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful, despite the language barrier. And always smiling.
The room was quite large, so were the comfortable beds and the bathroom.
Car park is fantastic, at the corner of the hotel, and directly connected to the reception lobby.
Location is central, with a streetcar stop right in front.
We warmly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hiroshima.

Room for improvement
Pros:

Close proximity to dome and other attractions. Rooms were of great size and good amenities.

Cons:

Management was very poor! Required their assistance for a problem with booking which was out of our control. Management challenged us and ruined our experience. Would recommend Management to have training!

Excellent location and extremely attentive staff
Pros:

The rooms were extremely comfy! The reception lady was so nice and attentive. Wish I could remember her name; she treated us so nicely. The hotel is just 10 mins away by foot from the Peace Park
