Cobro de más y sin factura
Cons:

Me han cobrado de más de lo que tenía contratado con Booking, les he pedido una factura para justificarlo y no me la han dado.
No recomiendo para nada este hotel

Estancia agradable y cercano a puntos de interés.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, cercanía con lugares de interés y que nos llevaron a un lugar para tomar un desayuno muy rico (pan de Ambato). Buena relación precio/calidad.

Sehr nettes Hostel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Haupteingang war immer geschlossen, was gut war für den Teil der Stadt.

Enorm freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Einmal haben sie vergessen, zu putzen. Als ich sie freundlich darauf hingewiesen haben, haben sie es aber sofort gemacht und als Entschädigung einen Kaffee angeboten. Also völlig in Ordnung

Muito acolhedor! Localização excepcional!
Pros:

Localização perfeita bem no centro histórico de Quito. Acomodação administrada por uma família muito atenciosa e acolhedora. Quartos limpos. O que eu fiquei era bem espaçoso. Ótimo custo benefício!

Cons:

O barulho que vinha diretamente da rua ( porque ficamos em quartos com as janelas viradas para a rua). Então o trânsito traz muito ruído. Nesse caso, eu dormia com tampões nos ouvidos, já que me incomodo com barulhos. O Café da manhã é bem simples. Se restringe a um bowl de frutas ( mamão e abacaxi). Café com leite ou água , ou leite com achocolatado. Um copo de suco e um pão por pessoa. Ela fez uns ovos mexidos na hora. Mas é só isso. Acredito que seja o costume local. Geralmente os cafés da manhã fora do Brasil são muito pobres…

Great value stay
Pros:

Patrick was wonderful, as was all the staff. Great location, clean facilities,, nice breakfast. The staff really go above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

Cons:

It would be nice to have the ability to make a tea in the room.

Pros:

Localização. Quarto.

Cons:

O café foi servido em outro endereço. Acredito que o espaço deles estava em reforma. Quando um hóspede chega ele precisa acionar a campainha e esperar. Mas a campainha faz muito barulho e a noite acordei com esse barulho.

Pleasant
Cons:

There was no toilet paper in my room and also AC was making a lot of noise at night and if you turn it off it's starts to get very hot as there were no windows in my room.
