Room 206 Air Conditioner not working
They waited for til 5 am
A 24 hour reception it s not that your door it s opened, it s that u have a receptionist in there ready to do a check in. I booked for that and for my whole trip to get there i was getting messages about if i was arriving and to paid it in advanced or my booked will be canceled. Put the option of paying in advance in your place if u want that. Take away the 24 hours reception if u dont have it. On top, the most expensive room which I booked cause was the only one available, was not that clean, the fridge didn’t run, the mirror was dirty, it was dust and spiderwebs around. 50 euros for that room should be charged once upon a time but not really now, sorry but u have to take care of your place. We are tourists but not stupids to get scammed like this
The staff try to help even though it was not much to be helped
The door knobs we’re falling apart in the room as in the bathroom, couldn’t close it for my shower so anyone could get in. the windows didnt close so noise and anyone could go in as well. The most uncomfortable bed, so lumpy, the pillow was flat, I requested another one and they try to find it but it was in a closet so humid that they were really smelly. It was not clean nice and full of dust and spider webs. And on top of all, first night i got in an the tv was on, I didn’t know why but second night i was inside and the tv turned on by itself, so probably get connected to another one for some reason. One of the most expensive places that i ve paid in indonesia and the reason for being triple of the price was the holidays. If u re gonna charged that amount, please clean and be careful of your place on the first place, it s not the same and i don’t expect the same for 8 euros that for 25.

They canceled my booking when someone else gave them a better price before I arrived.
The day of arrival we got a message on booking that we needed to transfer 50% or pay in cash. We didn't see the message because it was send late, after arriving, we expected to be able to pay by the end of our stay, which is normal in our opinion.
The host barely spoke English and shared that if we didn't pay, we couldn't check in, which came from the owner. Well, okay, bit off but fine.
Once we entered the room, we immediately realized that the basics were missing. Fine, but not if you pay 70 euros an night.
The shower head couldn't be connected because it was broken, all the sinks were open, and the mirror and shelves looked dirty.
After our first day, we arrived back at our hotel and realized that there was a cockroach in our room. The floor seemed to be full of small holes. How difficult is it to fill it up with something to prevent this? We used a mug but the room immediately felt uncomfortable.
Because of the open water holes, sink, and shower, I had problems with mosquitos, next to the loud noise coming from the street at night people were smoking right under our windows and the airconditioner didn't function properly.
If you're European sleep like a baby because the beds are too small as well.

Everything in bedroom and bathroom, the bed sheet, pillow cover, and bed cover, did not change, i dont know for many days, because it is looks very dirty, i choose this hotel because it close to the hotel, that i have a meeting, and the bathroom floor, is slippery i think the floor did not clean for many days
