Pros:

Location, kind staff, always someone to assist.

Cons:

This is a budget hotel in Dumaguete. They have dogs and cats on property. As with anywhere in the Philippines, if you are new remember never touch dogs and cats in the Philippines. I will just say that much. I even kind pets may have diseases. I saw something very sad during my stay and l will just leave it at that. Don’t touch the pets. Wear shoes everywhere.
