piacevole week end con amici
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa splendida casa vacanza a Punta Secca insieme ad alcuni amici e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto piacevole. La struttura è composta da due mini appartamenti situati nello stesso stabile, entrambi puliti, curati e accoglienti, perfetti per un soggiorno in compagnia mantenendo comunque i propri spazi.
Gli appartamenti sono ben attrezzati: cucina funzionale, tostapane, macchinetta del caffè e una TV a maxi schermo che rende il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Uno dei due dispone anche di una bellissima terrazza con barbecue, ideale per momenti di relax e convivialità.
Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Alessandro, l’host, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile, venendoci incontro anche con il check-out, permettendoci di trattenere una delle due stanze oltre l’orario previsto.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, pulizia e ospitalità in una location tranquilla e piacevole!

Lovely apartment by the beach
Pros:

All was wonderful, the apartment superb, you have everything, all new. Very comfortable beds, 2 streets from the beach an increible sea, very close to Montalbano house, a TV series about a Police inspector in Sicily, very famous in italy and the world, i will be back with all my family.

Pros:

Great location, just few meters to sea. You can see beach from balcony. Enough parking space. Friendly staff.

Pros:

Posizione stupenda, peccato che abbiamo dovuto soggiornare un solo giorno. Torneremo e lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici. non manca nulla nell' appartamento. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili a dare consigli.

Wir haben einen schönen und tollen Urlaub in einer freundlichen und gepflegten Anlage verbracht.
Pros:

Netter, freundlicher und korrekter Vermieter, stets erreichbar. Das Apartement entspricht dem wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, auch wenn wir vieles davon nicht genutzt haben es hat eine üppige Austattung (TV, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Herd , Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, uvm.) Man konnte dort seine Ruhe voll geniessen und war vor allem blickgeschützt!
Safe und Schlüsselbox vor dem Eingang (dort konnte man seinen Hausschlüssel sicher deponieren). Parkmöglichen vor dem Haus ebenfalls vorhanden

Cons:

Grundsätzlich gibt es von unserer Seite nichts zu bemängeln. Einziges kleines Manko, die Apartments Sole (da waren wir) und Luna sind nur durch eine schmale und enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar, was natürlich beim Transport der Koffer ziemlich umständlich war. Für uns war es kein Problem, für ältere Personen mit Geh- o. sonstigen Behinderungen könnte es schwieriger sein.

Nice accommodation but dirty area
Pros:

The accommodation was very nice, use of sunbeds and shades very helpful. Easy parking and a 5 min walk to the sandy beach. The small town was an easy 10 min walk away.

Cons:

Lack of good resteraunts in the town, staff were rude in the couple we used. The town is dirty and the area right in the middle of a growing area with hundreds of plastic tunnels. We were horrified by the amount of stinking rubbish in lay-byes and roadside and discarded old plastic poly tunnel covers. Eventually it will all end up in the sea 😪

Pros:

It is a fantastic and spacious apartment with everything you need for a nice and relaxed holiday. Very clean and comfortable. Terrace with a magnificent view. Very close, just a few steps from the peaceful beach. Friendly and very helpful owners who live downstairs. Close also to the village centre. The car can be parked just at the front of the house. AC in every room and kitchen with all you need. Smart TV in every room, too. Comfortable beds.
