4 star hotel feels like air bnb

Cons:

The room was old, the sink was broken, we got a lobby view even though we ordered a room with a mountain view, no towels (we need to ask the staff), we ask for laundry to be picked up but they didn't and we have to ask again. Overall experience was not good

Kurang ada pembaruhan pada kondisi ruangan dan kmr mandi shg terkesan kuno.
Blind/korden tidak memblok matahari pagi shg ckp silau.
Fasilitas permainan anak2 dan kel krg utk sekelas resort.
Kurang banyak jajanan di sekitar shg agak membosankan.
Banyak nyamuk saat menunggu anak2 berenang.

Hotel with amazing view. I would come back but stay at differrent hotel in the same area
Pros:

The view. The view is breath taking view. This is the only positive side about this hotel

Cons:

Seperate building with lobby/restaurant and swimming pool.
The fridge did'nt work. Took more than 1 hour to have somebody came to replace it.
No extrabed without breakfast.
The rooms are outdated.

Pros:

Breakfast very good, warm pool, fitness center is complete, view is nice and room is big enough.

Cons:

On my 1st day breakfast, the restaurant is very full. I need to keep standing for 30mins until I get the table. The hotel could improve this by adding more tables during peak days and staff could be more helpful finding table rather than just ignoring us.

Nice hilltop hotel in the city
Pros:

Very nice view from the hotel, facing Arjuna mountain, breakfast spread was fantastic, staff members were at their best: polite, helpful and accommodating. Hotel facilities were nice and adequate - spread on large area, so a bit of walking from the room to the other place. Room were spacious, minimal but functional. Rooftop cafe was nice, with nice view.

Cons:

The way to go up to the hotel is very dark and quite at night although it is not far from the center. The Bathroom cleanliness can be improve, especially on the countertop, as the water leaks to the whole counter area. Our door was knocked on in the middle of the night.

Great mountain View (building 4 and 5), large room with balcony, heated swimming pool and various breakfast, have rooftop cafe with open mountain view.

Wifi super slow ( have to use my internet data sometimes), TV too small for room size, No internet TV, can’t install my fire stick TV as no power outlet near TV, old interior
