Pros:

The Location and the Resort room type was gud.
Swiming pool and play area was gud

Cons:

the restaurant is not kid friendly and did not have food which everyone can prefer. Basic things like tissue papers , wifi password, recp amd rest number nothing was provide. We have to call and ask for all the items.

Great place
Pros:

Good, clean rooms. They made accommodations to reschedule our stay due to unforeseen situations. Clean rooms. Good and tasty food. Beautiful location with lawn and pool and playground for kids. Great staff - very helpful and polite.

Perfect locations. Many of the tourists spots are nearby.

Cons:

Food options are less ( but it tasted amazing). Would be great if few more food varieties were included.

Pros:

Excellent place to stay with friends or family. It is located very close to the town and a nearby beautiful hill temple. It is also on the way to the bird park. The place is well maintained and spontaneous response from the management and cleaning staff. They had a complimentary buffet breakfast and the food was delicious.

Cons:

I understand it was new year eve and the passage to the rooms were stinking as people were boozing and threw up in their rooms. I would have preferred a different room next to some family as I was travelling with my family. Yet the cleaning staffs were quick enough to keep the place neat but I had to share this experience.

Apart from this I had no other thing to complain and I believe the place would be one of the best options to stay in Yelagiri.

Stay good. Food not upto full expectation and we had to go to other restaurants for food.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Vegetarian lunch not upto the mark.
No credit card facility in restaurant.
When we asked restaurant incharge to include bill to room charges they refused.
