Modern and central
Pros:

Wonderful apartment, new and modern, spacious and clean. Good hot water, good air-conditioning. Quiet building in a quiet street.

Close to several of the "must see" tourist sites. And right on the edge of a dining / shopping district. Could not have hoped for a better location for our visit.

Well equipped kitchen, including a kettle.

Streaming TV.

Shout out to the staff lady in the laundry. So helpful, so happy, so friendly. Always made us smile.

Cons:

I missed the registration email, making check-in / WiFi more challenging. All my own fault, would have gone smoothly otherwise.

It smelt of cigarettes , hard to get into property on arrival . Hard to find parking

Excellent position, good facilities and super kind host who assisted straight upon arrival for additional blankets

Cons:

The apartment was heavily smelling of cigarette smoke. We stayed three days during January 2026 and left all the windows open all the time during the day but the situation did not improve much. We have highlighted this inconvenience to the host upon arrival but the only answer we got was that she cannot do anything if guests do not respect the house rules...

Pros:

Communication with the host was excellent through the booking.com app. The location is really good for exploring the city on foot, and very close to a number of restaurants. Will book it again when we next visit Almaria.

Cons:

Only criticism would be one of the doors in the kitchen needs attention as the hinge has come loose and one of the doors overlooking the street didn't shut properly. Not an issue as it did lock and we were on the second floor

Excelente apartamento en pleno centro
Pros:

El servicio de atención telefónica es excelente. Siempre contestan y resuelven todas dudas.

Cons:

El apartamento tiene bastante desgaste del uso/tiempo, por ejemplo, en el suelo, que está "parcheado". No es grave pero da mala impresión.

L'emplacement du bâtiment.
Et comme nous étions 13 nous avions 4 appartements dans le même bâtiment. C'était top.

Cons:

Le manque d'information pour prendre possession de nos appartements.
N'ayant reçu aucun message via l'application ni aucun mail pour la remise des clés, nous étions persuadés qu'il y aurait quelqu'un à l'accueil. Mais en fait non. Nous avons dû chercher 1 numéro sur Booking et appeler pour savoir quels étaient nos appartements... nous avons eu une vraie frayeur
