Malo para aparcar, el suelo (parquet levantado, me hice daño en el dedo del pie al estar una unión del suelo abierta y en muy mal estado.

Good quiet location and great access in and out, some updating is required to the flooring.
Pros:

It was in a very good location as very close to bars restaurants and shops and easy to get in and out as it’s totally step free. The building is also quite quiet as is the location so all good in that respect.

Cons:

The flooring throughout the apartment was damaged and difficult to walk on it places. It’s in desperate need of repair or replacement. The shower itself is good but the shower outlet was heavily blocked with hair and soap residue, so we had to clean this so the water would drain out, to stop the shower tray from leaking.

La ubicación

Cons:

El mantenimiento. El suelo estaba muy mal. levantadas las lamas de la tarima, posiblemente por alguna avería de agua. Rematados los bodes con cinta de embalar y pegamento, con riesgo de lesionarte si vas descalzo o en calcetines.
Deberían avisar de esta circunstancia cuando lo alquilas.
Muy escaso menaje de cocina. Ninguna olla o sartén. Y de lo demás muy escaso.
El store del dormitorio roto.

Primer viaje espectacular
Pros:

Bien ubicado , apartamento espacioso , buena limpieza , el propietario muy servicial y amable.

Cons:

Tal vez alguna sartén sería ideal para desayunos por si se cocina , pequeños detalles de lavado en las toallas, lo indico a nivel de mejora.

Pros:

La limpieza impecable, tranquilo y sin ruidos, todo muy nuevo. Agua de cortesía. Ubicación estupenda. Recomendable 100%.

Cons:

Sugeriría una cafetera de filtro, no encontré cápsulas apropiadas cerca. Un percance sin importancia.

Modern and central
Pros:

Wonderful apartment, new and modern, spacious and clean. Good hot water, good air-conditioning. Quiet building in a quiet street.

Close to several of the "must see" tourist sites. And right on the edge of a dining / shopping district. Could not have hoped for a better location for our visit.

Well equipped kitchen, including a kettle.

Streaming TV.

Shout out to the staff lady in the laundry. So helpful, so happy, so friendly. Always made us smile.

Cons:

I missed the registration email, making check-in / WiFi more challenging. All my own fault, would have gone smoothly otherwise.

It smelt of cigarettes , hard to get into property on arrival . Hard to find parking
