Otherwise, we liked our stay there and would love to book again in the future
Pros:

Property was clean and complete. The host is kind and very accommodating and very accessible to the mall and mini market.

Cons:

The parking fee especially if you will go in and out during their overnight rate. Can might have additional mat on the toilet especially every after shower.

Pros:

The unit has everything we need - it is functional, and it smells good especially whenever you enter the unit. My mom is hyper-sensitive with any scent but surprisingly she was ok with it and she likes it.

Cons:

The pool entrance is relatively pricy.

Also, I panicked a bit as I thought I was scammed when she indicated that the check-in guidelines would be sent on the same day, but eventually she sent us one day before the check in.

Pros:

The staff were accomodating. They even welcome us when we arrived. The room was so clean. There was even a complementary water and 3 in 1 coffee. The bedsheets and towels were also clean. A 24 hour alfamart is conviniently located near the lobby.

Cons:

The unit is too small for a family of four to stay. If you are travelling alone or just with one person then the unit is sufficient but if you are travelling with family, I think you should book a unit with at least one bedroom. There was no iron to iron our clothes. I also hope they have more pillows.
