Closest budget hotel to the Airport, but still a good 30 min walk. HUGE room with small seating area outside and big comfy bed.
Not much nearby and local restaurants shut early. So if you get here late, make sure you have eaten first.
We like its proximity to the Yogyakarta International Airport for an early flight. Quiet neighborhood and the accommodation is within a walkable distance to the nearest big hotel for a coffee.
We requested to be checked in on the ground floor since we traveled with many bags and it was well accommodated with no fuzz.

We were asked to place a deposit (paper ID and or a lump sum of money) for the potential damage that might be occurring during our stay. We refused and after being directed to the room, there was barely anything that could be damaged, so I asked the staff what could potentially be the case of a guest damaging the room and she blamed the cheap craftsmanship and cheap amenities on the guests and made guests pay for it.
There was a flimsy wardrobe in the room, we could have been accused of ripping off the door that was almost falling and asked to pay for it.
The bathroom is pungent with a horrible smell and bathroom was unclean at the time of check in, although it was actually our request to be put in one of the ground floor rooms as we had a few luggage.
There was not much eatery in the area, but a small humble place selling fried rice and fried noodles within walking distance (5 minutes away) from the accommodation.
Nice place to stay if you want to be closed to the airport.

The booking says that you can pay in card, but it turns out they only take cash. As it was the end of our trip I had purposely not taken any out, so I had no way to pay. The host ended up taking me on her motorbike to the ATM as it was too far to walk at 9pm.
I like the tidiness of the environment, spacious room and quality services. I would recommend it any time and any day to family and friends.

I needed a bed close to the Yogyakarta (YIA) Airport and this one was closest; 20 minutes by walking.
It is in the middle of nowhere, just like the airport I needed.
The location cannot be beat in terms of proximity to the airport. It is located off the main road, and the environment is peacful and quiet. Nearby is a good restaurant. The facilities were exceptionally clean and the room was the biggest room we've had in one month of traveling in Indonesia.
Great accomodation and good value. We walked to and from the airport in 20 mins.

The bathroom was not clean when I arrived and it even had the toothbrush of the previous guest..I told the staff but since they barely speak English they didn't understand or even apologize
The location was excellent. Just 3 mins from the airport, it was very easy to stay here and catch an early morning flight.
The rooms were large and extremely clean. The bedding was very new. The front desk was manned by a pair of people who were always smiling even at 4 am. I could not believe that we were getting this room for they rate that we paid. Great value for money.
Nothing that I did not like. Everything was more than I expected. I am glad that I chose this place to stay in order to board an early flight.
