I liked everything
It was very relaxing . The staff were excellent, couldn’t meet better and the food for the most part was gorgeous.

Breakfast only available at 8 or 11 in the am. Breakfast at 11 is very late and no choice of time between 8 and 11. Not good service.
We didn’t use the breakfast facilities. The location was nice in relation to the walk to Duncannon and around the estate.
Unfortunately the Comfort cabin was down laneway past the visible and close proximity to the sewage system. There were no curtains in the living area and on our first night someone was walking around the unit. Lighting from The Local to the cabin was poor. Thought it was a self catering unit but only had tea making facilities and a small fridge.
The food was exceptional here and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The drinks were a little too expensive. One of the more affordable wines was still €15 for a glass and a cocktail starting price was about €18.

There seemed to a be an unease a nervousness in the staff in the dining room a the cocktail bar , like there was a surveillance going on.
Everything, always lovely to be in Dunbrody. Food excellent, accommodation so comfortable, staff so pleasant and helpful.
