Disappointing as I had stayed here before and not up to expectations this time.
Pros:

Breakfast was extremely slow and tea served 14 minutes before breakfast arrived ..breakfast took total of 1 hour 15 mins

Cons:

Had dinner in The Local and menu was very limited..food arrived within 7 minutes of ordering and the fries had a “bite”in them..will not return .

Nothing short of brilliant
Pros:

Magnificent property taking you back in time- felt like royalty. There was nothing to dislike. The pub was also fantastic and Patrick was wonderful behind the bar.

Friendly, helpful staff, cosy comfortable stay with good food and drink. Would visit again.
Pros:

Fresh, more-ish cocktails and good choice of champagnes. Dinner was lovely, with good selection of wines. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

It is a bit of a drive from both New Ross and Waterford.
