The environment here was quite good, everything seemed fine to me.
i ordered tea at 8:10 am , already told them regarding urgency still took 1 hour for order.need to improve this

High pricing compared to facilities, casually pasted wall papers on room walls, dull water flow in washroom, side windows opening directly in vacant plot have no grills inviting fall down or mishap pending with any kid or anyone who is not alert , room TV not working, rooftop restaurant item charges are at higher side

Camera sporca, bagno non pulito dopo il soggiorno del cliente precedente, camera senza finestra (che ci siamo fatti cambiare), una federa non sembrava lavata. Una notte basta e avanza!
Location wise Hotel is good, But Rooms were very dirty, floor had stains, looks like never moped properly, Washrooms were stinky and looks like never cleaned properly, we changed 3 rooms all had same problem. Rooms promissed on picture were never deliver, realy was far away, rooms never had proper ventilation, we ask for 1 delux (2 occupant)and 1 family room (3 occupent). we were given 2 family rooms looks like no body wanted that room we were forced to stay one night in those stinky room, next day they only shifted 1 room as against they promissed to shift both the rooms, Rates were high as compared to rooms if i have to rate this i would rate this as 1.5 star as against 5 star rating.
Deliver what you promise. We booked room 4 days in advance, but we checkin late, they should have kept the room what we saw on picture for us. they gave away better room to walk in early morning people and since we check inn late we were given only left over rooms. they should have kept our rooms (better one) from the begining since we did online booking and paid in advance. Higher management attitude was wrong.
Dining Hall and food. Room is adequate enough to stay.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is great as it's away fromt he busy crowds but easy enough to reach if you need to join them
The cleanliess was poor, no heating for foreign guests and it was so freezing in the room i could see my own breath as i was breathing.
