Friendly staff, but repeated operational problems significantly affected our family vacation.
Pros:

The staff were consistently polite, respectful, and genuinely tried to help whenever problems occurred. The hotel’s location is convenient, and after the first night we were moved to a more comfortable suite

Cons:

Our arrival experience was very disappointing. We booked this hotel partly because it advertised free on-site parking, but the parking was unavailable throughout our stay, forcing us to use an expensive off-site garage that closed early and limited access to our car. Our confirmed Junior Suite was not available on arrival, and we were temporarily placed in a small standard room. Later that evening we accidentally entered an occupied room because we were given an active key, and we discovered that our luggage had been moved without our knowledge. The Wi-Fi system was unnecessarily complicated and repeatedly required reactivation at reception. Breakfast quality was below expectations, with very limited variety, poor options for children, and a coffee machine that remained out of service throughout our entire stay

Pros:

A very nice hotel with an excellent location. The metro, the seaside, and shopping malls are all within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Terrible and disappointing
Pros:

The staff and taxi easy access

Cons:

The room was small, I requested when booking for a non smoking room because of my health and the smokes were coming from the corridor, I complained they did nothing after promising to change the morning shift guy keep saying the room service will close or has close. Night staff tried but the room they had was so small.
The environment is filled with old and abandoned houses.
The food arrangements was poor saw a customer trying to get some food and her cloth was touching the rest of opened food down🤦‍♀️ .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist us with anything we needed. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests, which we truly appreciated.
The hotel has excellent public transport connections to the city center, making it very easy to get around.
The food was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the room had a slightly stale smell, but it was not strong or unpleasant.

Excellent séjour grâce à une équipe exceptionnelle, professionnelle et toujours disponible.
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est exceptionnel, toujours souriant, accueillant et prêt à aider. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Esat, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse et m’a rendu de nombreux services pendant mon séjour. Un grand merci également à Mehmet, le chef réceptionniste, à Yunus, à Yahsin, ainsi qu’à la jeune femme de la réception, toujours aimable et professionnelle. Je remercie aussi chaleureusement les femmes de ménage pour leur travail irréprochable : la chambre était parfaitement propre chaque jour.

Best staff, clean hotel, amazing experience.
Pros:

Everything, everyone was so kind and helpful and they went above and beyond to make the stay very comfortable. They are friendly and very nice staff. The housekeepers are so hardworking and makes sure everything is spotless daily, and they are are also friendly and kind. It was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at because of the staff alone. Beyond that, it’s a convenient location if you have friends / family in Istanbul (like I do), and want to avoid touristy areas for hotels.
