The front desk staff was friendly. I didn't have any problems with them. The room was clean, but it was very hot. When I came back to the room after a day of sightseeing, it was very hot, but they had air conditioning.

персонал - приветливый, номер - просторный, завтрак - отличный.
Cons:

Качество интернета могло бы быть лучше - постоянно не работал wifi. приходилось несколько раз в день обращаться на ресепшн - сотрудники сами вводили пароль.

Soggiorno piacevole e confortevole, personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Pros:

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Dovendo tornare nuovamente, sceglieremo sicuramente questa struttura. Per me è stata particolarmente comoda anche la vicinanza all’ospedale, dato che avevo appena subito un intervento di rinoplastica. Consigliatissima!
