Excellent hotel with lovely staff!
Nothing.
Close to train station.
Close to main street and shopping centre.
- it is not 3* hotel, it is between 1* and 2* hotel.
- room was smelling of cigarettes, reported to reception but nothing has been done except that it was sprayed once with some air refresher but it didn't help much, cigarettes smell is in the window curtains and walls so spray would not help
- no English TV channels, if there was one it was translated to Turkish language
- broken shower head and toilet seat - reported to reception but it took hotel 24 hours to repair it
- broken cupboard hinges
- access to sauna it is big JOKE, you have 15min free access and then you have to pay but they advertise on Booking it is free access
- sauna is not even switched on, you have to tell staff there to switch it on then you can use it 1.5hrs later
- very, very DIRTY shower, mould on tiles, it is unhygienic and health hazard - please zoom bathroom pictures in to see mould in corners and inside shower between frame and floor
- breakfast: every day the same, mostly cold, coffee machine not working properly, when reported to gentelman serving there he said "it finished today" and didn't bother to repair it.
- plenty of stains on sofa, pillow, desk chair - it looks old and used, this needs extensive cleaning

J’ai séjourné dans ce logement pendant que je me faisais opérer en Turquie pour une rhinoplastie, et sincèrement je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux. L’équipe a pris soin de moi de façon exceptionnelle.
Le petit-déjeuner était très complet, exactement ce dont j’avais besoin pour récupérer. J’avais besoin de glaçons régulièrement et ils m’en fournissaient toujours sans aucun souci. Ils me donnaient toutes les indications nécessaires, prenaient souvent de mes nouvelles et étaient constamment à l’écoute.
L’équipe est vraiment au top, toujours disponible et bienveillante. L’emplacement est également parfait. Franchement, rien à dire, je recommande à 100 %

Amazing location, very close to train station B1, very close to center, has convenience store 1 minute away and plenty of food and sweets at walking distance. There is also Taxi company exactly outside the hotel with taxis/uber always available.
There is absoluteley no parking anywhere. I arrived 01.30 and was looking for parking for one hour. The hotel parking is just one sideroad that can fit 4 cars in a straight line. Staff is very helpful to get your car out if you are first to park by moving all cars fast, but if parking is full not much can be done. If you re planning renting a car, this is not the place to stay. Breakfast not ideal for europeans and cold
