Pros:

la ubicacion esta muy bien

Cons:

El ruido que habia por las noches, por el bar que estaba abajo, se oia mucho a la gente y el movimiento de mesas y sillas ademas del ruido del trafico, aunque la calle era peatonal se oia el trafico.

Ligging van het huis is in centrum van het dorp. Het is 20 minuten lopen naar het strand en met de trein 25 naar San Sebastián.

Actually nothing

Cons:

When u are a solo traveller, you will end up in their rooms without daylight - they have at least 3 of these cells. The property has humidity issues (u note when you enter), and actually, every room at the 1st floor needs a dehumidifier. The cells are humid and stink accordingly. The parking they propose is not really close, if you come for the Orio beach (which is not really exciting), Mirotza Rooms are relatively far away. They send you the code for the room, which might not work- u need to give them the call.

Pros:

Lejlighederne er nye og moderne, gode badeværelser og central beliggenhed i Orio. Det er let at komme rundt i byen og videre til fx Zarautz. Vi havde lejlighed 32 med franske altaner ned til gaden, hvilket var hyggeligt. Det fungerer upåklageligt med både kommunikation og automatisk check in.

Cons:

Køkkenet er ikke fuldt udstyret (der mangler fx vinglas, som vi dog lånte i baren stueetagen) og køleskabet er ret lille.

Perfecto para una pequeña estancia

La ubicación es perfecta. El bar de abajo y su encargado son muy amables y profesionales.

Más flexibilidad de aseo , ya que las habitaciones con el mismo tmpo de hospedaje de una sola persona se limpiaba todos

Apartamento agradable pero con escaleras.
Pros:

La ubicación y facilidad de entrada y salida al apartamento.
Era un apartamento pequeño de 2 plantas y para ir al baño y a la zona de estar había que subir unas escaleras. Lo digo por si puede esto puede ser de ayuda a otros viajeros.

Cons:

Por el precio que pagamos por 2 noches y teniendo el alojamiento un bar-restaurante del propio edificio, incluiría en este precio un café y, al menos, un croissant que ofrecer gratuitamente a los huéspedes.
