Pros:

Your Staff are quite unprofessional. They do not know how to behave with a guest and even do not have the courtesy to wait to listen to the calls. They disconnect calls without completing the sentence of the guest from outside over the phone.

Pros:

I like how convenient it is, with the bus stop right next to it. It only takes two or three stops to reach the MRT station. I also like their restaurant, the food is delicious.

Cons:

What I don't like is that the remote control may be broken. I can't control the air-conditioning switch myself. I have to call the front desk and ask them to turn on the air-conditioning. But I think this should be an individual case, that is, there happened to be a small problem with the room I stayed in.
