Over all good experience I had
Pros:

Should include all regions food like easy west north and south indian food.

Cons:

I could not find my favourite breakfast like plain puri sabji, fruits like banana

Pros:

I had a nice experience during my stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean. Additionally the facilities were excellent (gym, Spa). The staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and professional attitude.

Location and property was good , breakfast was good.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t the best when we checked in. It was midnight and our room wasn’t ready (it was on a smoking floor and the smell was terrible) (despite informing them of our time of arrival). Then we opted for another room, and when we went to the second room, the keys were not working and the staff with us were laughing and giggling. Then we went to the reception and complained and finally we were given a room. This was not a pleasant experience as women traveling and checking in late at night at a hotel. However the rest of the stay was okay.

Value for money; clean and comfortablr
Pros:

We were extremely happy with the service of one staff member named Savo.. She took care of all us and went out of the way to make our experience memorable

Cons:

Housekeeping was called four times at night to fix our blinds of the room… However despite waiting for 45 minutes and repeated calls no one came… That was very frustrating

Pros:

This was out second stay at Vivanta - we like it the first time and were not disappointed on our second visit. Clean rooms , nice staff and a very good breakfast. Can't go wrong staying here.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Convenient location. Had everything on paper.

Cons:

Rooms not clean, sound insulation not great. Next to highway. Room smelled of toilet. Corridor smelled of someone smoking.

Poor and disappointing
Pros:

The room is an average business hotel ( more like an Ibis) but charges far more for the room amenities

Cons:

Bad room design , poorly maintained bathrooms- difficult to believe this is a Taj brand
