Pros:

This was out second stay at Vivanta - we like it the first time and were not disappointed on our second visit. Clean rooms , nice staff and a very good breakfast. Can't go wrong staying here.

Pros:

Convenient location. Had everything on paper.

Cons:

Rooms not clean, sound insulation not great. Next to highway. Room smelled of toilet. Corridor smelled of someone smoking.

Poor and disappointing
Pros:

The room is an average business hotel ( more like an Ibis) but charges far more for the room amenities

Cons:

Bad room design , poorly maintained bathrooms- difficult to believe this is a Taj brand

Excellent hotel
Pros:

This was our 4th stay at this hotel and each stay was excellent, service, food and cleanliness was the magnet which drew us here again and again. Four names stand out ,Santosh, Ajay, Ankit and the eversmiling Sureshbhai at the door.
We look forward to returning soon.

아침식사도 매우 오래 기다려야 자리가 나고, 식사 환경도 시끄럽고 그렇게 쾌적하지 않음

Cons:

화장실이나 욕실의 청결도, 페인트 칠이나 각 마감에 있어서 마무리가 부족해보임, 고객 카운터 전화도 안 받고, 그나마 늦게 온 직원의 응대가 매우 느리고, 효율적이지 않음

Pros:

A wonderful experience! Great customer service and hospitality. It's always the best experience to stay at Taj, creating beautiful memories. A special gesture by hotel staff, sending a bouquet of roses is greatly appreciated. Thank you team for always being on top of everything.

Cons:

As I mentioned it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Just a suggestion instead of sending the bouquet it would have been a great idea to gift something like a souvenir, which guests can carry along with them with Taj branding like a pen, mug or anything a part of your world with us forever....(Thank you for the bouquet).

Excellent stay at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Comfort of the beds and hospitality/welcome gifts.

Cons:

Room key was deactived and had to explicitly ask for access enabled to the spa floor. Food prices a little steep.
