Essendo in una zona pedonale può essere un disagio per qualcuno.

I have never made an negative review, but my experience was extremely disappointing.

We had a booking with this hotel for 2 nights stay.
On the first day when we made the check in around 18:20, the air conditioning in our room did not work.
Im an 9 month pregnant woman who suffers a lot the heat!

We reported the issue really quickly after we entered in the room, because when we entered the room temperature was 27 degrees and after 1 hour it became 28!
After I called the receptionist which was never there fiscally and explained the problem, he asked about the setting I had set the air conditioner even though when he left, it was him that set it to dry mode!
After he left and I realized it wasn’t working so I set it on cooling mode, then he said that we had to wait for the technician to come, then a staff member came to the room and attempted to solve the problem.
When it became clear that the air conditioning could not be fixed, 2 hour’s later I was given a portable cooling unit instead.
Unfortunately, this was not a real solution.
The unit was extremely noisy and produced a significant amount of heat because it had no proper exhaust hose or ventilation system to expel the hot air outside.
As a result, it did not provide the level of cooling expected from a room advertised with air conditioning.

The following day, the hotel moved us to another room where the air conditioning worked properly.
What I found particularly unfair was being told over the phone from the owner that another guest would be placed in the same room I had complained about!

I also contacted Booking.com immediately, sent plenty of emails, while I was still at the property, and provided photos and videos as evidence.
However, I was later informed that no agreement had been reached with the hotel, and no meaningful solution was offered.

What made the situation even more difficult was that I am 9 months pregnant.
I informed both the hotel and Booking.

Il n’a pas de parking prévue . Donc un surcoût en plus
Les photos non conformes à la chambres qui était toute petite . Et vu sur le l’immeuble dans face qu’on pouvait limite toucher en tendant le bras . On se sentait coincer…
