Pros:

Good place very chill area and close to Akihabara

Pros:

The size of the room was great for the value. The location was quite convenient, less than a 10 minute walk to Akihabara station.

Cons:

All walls were covered in scuff-marks and peeled wallpaper. The room smelt bad despite several fragrance diffusers being there. The reception and hallways were for some reason extremely hot.

Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives for us.

The property is conveniently located in Akihabara, making it easy to reach and a good base for exploring the area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay. The room is extremely small, with very limited space. It also gets quite hot inside. The air conditioner is positioned directly in front of the bed, so it’s uncomfortable to leave it on while sleeping because the cold air blows straight at you.

Another downside is that there’s a restaurant next to the hotel, and we saw several large rats in the area nearby, which was unpleasant. But it is not hotel‘s problem. Just the area around.
