Sehr gutes, sauberes, ruhiges Hotel mit bester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal für mich gewesen. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Akihabara Station. 25 Minuten zu Fuß Richtung Senso-Ji und Restaurants. Ruhige Lage und dennoch „mitten drin“. Das Personal, besonders eine ganz bestimmte, die ich ins Herz geschlossen habe, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer für mich alleine war absolut ausreichend, großes Bett (ca. 140x200cm), Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, beheiztes und Japan-Typisch elektrische Klo! Das Hotel hat Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Waschen kostet 300 Yen, trocknen kostet 100 Yen. 24 Stunden ist jemand and der Rezeption. Ich fand es super und komme sehr gerne wieder!

I enjoyed my stay here also the road noise was quite noticeable I wouldn’t say that impacted my experience

Bom estadia, sem problemas recomendo este hotel.
Pros:

Estadia agradável, o staff muito atencioso, o quarto era confortável, casa de banho muito pequena para pessoas grandes ou com uns kilos a mais mas acolhedora muito funcional.
Não tenho nada a apontar, culturas diferentes é normal que um europeu note muitas diferenças. Muito comercio próximo e transportes de fácil acesso.

Reliable Essentials stay at a great location to explore the city
Pros:

excellent location for a city-active stay. Minimalistic small room and bathroom, great if you're looking to get into the city early in the morning and exploring until late at night.

Cons:

air vent let in some street noise, the room could be more spacious - matters especially if you're travelling with a lot of luggage

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the check-out experience was extremely unpleasant and left a very negative impress
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

During check-out, I was charged 9,000 JPY because of a very small chip on the corner of the room key card. This fee was never clearly explained to me during my stay.

The document shown to me stated that this fee applies if the key card is lost. The card was not lost and was still usable, yet the charge was applied due to minor damage.

When I refused to pay, I was told that the police would be called and that I would not be allowed to leave the hotel. Due to a flight schedule, language barrier, and pressure, I was forced to make the payment.

I find this practice unreasonable and recommend future guests to be cautious.
