Curta estadia em Tokyo.
Pros:

Excelente localização.

Cons:

Quarto minúsculo. Se puderem evitem a opção com pequeno-almoço; consistia apenas de uma caixa de arroz frio e uma garrafa de péssimo chá e que tem de ser comido no quarto; prescindimos dele e fomos sempre comer fora.

A business hotel with a good central location.
Pros:

Perfect location with a 10 minute walk to Akihabara Station. If you travel with half your household, you might have a bit of a harder time getting your luggage there.
In the end it is a business hotel in the center of town. Don't expect the Ritz. A small room and a comfortable bed is what you get. The furniture is a bit aged, but the cleanliness level was fine for me. Naturally you will hear city noises.Police and ambulances speeding by with horns on at night. If you are sensitive, bring earplugs.

Overall good value for the money, though out of Sakura season the prices are of course significantly lower.

Cons:

The premise has no breakfast service. You get a rice Onigiri bento box and a bottle of green tea. So if you stay multiple days, I would recommend NOT to book the breakfast. You will find a 7/11 and a Larson nearby and can easily pickup a different breakfast on every day of your stay. 2 days the same Bento box OK. It grows on you. 4 days the same was a bit too much for me. 😉

Pros:

La relación calidad-precio es la clave. A 10 minutos andando de la JY que te conecta con todo. Funcional, para dormir es más que suficiente.

Cons:

Como buen hotel japonés, todo es pequeño. La cama doble es muy justa, el baño es chiquitito y todo es a escala. No es un problema porque sabía a lo que iba y ya me lo esperaba.

Sehr gutes, sauberes, ruhiges Hotel mit bester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal für mich gewesen. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Akihabara Station. 25 Minuten zu Fuß Richtung Senso-Ji und Restaurants. Ruhige Lage und dennoch „mitten drin“. Das Personal, besonders eine ganz bestimmte, die ich ins Herz geschlossen habe, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer für mich alleine war absolut ausreichend, großes Bett (ca. 140x200cm), Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, beheiztes und Japan-Typisch elektrische Klo! Das Hotel hat Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Waschen kostet 300 Yen, trocknen kostet 100 Yen. 24 Stunden ist jemand and der Rezeption. Ich fand es super und komme sehr gerne wieder!

I enjoyed my stay here also the road noise was quite noticeable I wouldn’t say that impacted my experience
