Pros:

Personnel was very nice and gave excellent service, Dinner was great and the breakfast was delicious. The location is awesome. Serene and calm at any time of day, but especially in the early mornings.

Fijn, degelijk hotel
Pros:

Allemaal heel netjes verzorgd, heel vriendelijk personeel, schoon, keurig, uitgebreid ontbijt, heerlijk ruisend beekje met een watermolen naast de kamer, restaurant met een redelijk beperkte kaart en prima prijs-kwaliteit. Heel veel wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt. Verwacht geen hippe boel, maar rust en natuur.

Alleen loopt er een opdringerige gans over de parkeerplaats, Gunther, maar daar hebben we ook erg om moeten lachen.

Cons:

De omgeving is niet al te bruisend, wel mooi.

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in der Karlsmühle...unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Ein besonderes Lob an das hauseigene Restaurant. Hatte toll geschmeckt. Preis Leistungsverhältnis top. Haben nach dem Essen den Abend an der Bar ausklingen lassen.

Beautiful hotel in scenic location - value for money
Pros:

Clean and neat rooms with good ambience. The staffs were exceptional and helpful.
Hotel is beautifully located near a small stream of running water, with great view of nearby wineries.
Decent breakfast with quite good options.

Cons:

The location was outside the city and will be convenient if you travel by car or your own transport.

Leuk, goed hotel op een mooie locatie vlak bij Trier.
Pros:

Heel goed ontbijt, mooie kamer. Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 5 kilometer van Trier in een mooi wijngebied.

Cons:

We gaven bij aankomst aan dat we een dag eerder moesten vertrekken in verband met een uitvaart en meteen werd aangegeven dat ze niets aan de prijs konden doen, terwijl we de info gaven zodat ze de 2 kamers een dag eerder opnieuw zou kunnen verhuren.
