Sunwood Hotel Arianz Mataram

This hotel located downtown Mataram city, in front of hotel is Mataram square, when I stayed at the hotel got a bad experience, air condition didn't working well (not cold), WiFi was poor connection, tv channel was poor (only 2 local channels) but the food was good.

The hotel is located in the center of Mataram, with the Governor's office, the Mayor's office and several other government offices nearby. Right in front of the hotel is the square. Friendly service from all hotel staff but not the hotel facilities which are lacking such as poor Wi-Fi network, very limited TV channels, poor air conditioning and water supply.

My family stayed here for 2 nights. It was super nice they gave our room an extra bed on the day of our arrival, however we had teribble experience in the first night. Our room had several electricty power failure several times (6 - 7 times) and finally they offer us to move to other room, and suddenly they charged for extra bed, I was so upset and told the receptionist to put the extra bed charge to our bill and I asked to meet the manager first in the morning. In the morning i met Ibu Aming their hotel manager, she was super nice and being sympathetic, after hearing my story she waive extra bed charge from our bill and even offer us to upgrade to deluxe room. I definitely recommend Sunwood Hotel if you are looking for city hotel in Mataram, they got everything you need, pool, spa, restaurant and variety of foods in breakfast buffet.

We like very much this hotel in Mataram. THe lobby and pool area are so realx, the staff was so helpful serving food and coffee by the pool. Their new room as so big with a great view of the garden. Only the car park is limited. We recommand this hotel.

Great location across the road from a park with many activities and local food. Very friendly helpful staff. Restaurant choices and prices very good. Rooms quiet at night and with good curtains very dark. Lift to all floors.

First visit was actually almost 4.5 years ago, then came back unrealized this is the same hotel. The management has been changed and so did the interior. This was pleasant stay with clean sheet, fresh hot water with good shower, clean and quite spacious room. Booked via traveloka and then got a very good price for my stay included breakfast, which is the only minus. Breakfast is lack of options, almost tasteless, and quality is not that good. Please improve this.

Great room, great food, friendly and helpful staff, and strategic location. Been there for a training but it seemed like me and my partner being fooled by the EO and the hotel management was there to help us. Thank yo so mucho!

The hotel is located just in the middle of the city, in front of Sangkareang park. The park and the surrounding could be a good place for jogging since there's many big shading trees.

I stay here for business purpose, this hotel has a spacious room with good ambience and the location is strategic. The hotel's foods are tasty, and also the staffs are kind, friendly and really helpful. This hotel is nice with a reasonable price

Location was good, facility was good, everything was good. Love the ambience, love the hospitality. The hotel is a perfect place for a short getaway. Definitely would love to come back again. Staff is friendly and we can use all facility in Hotel. Thumbs up for this hotel. Perfect place for family, had our vacation well spend here.

I stayed in this hotel 2 night..their new room re great spacious..great view to the pool n garden..the wifi is also very fast..i like very much this hotel..good service and very good food. The new loft is also very appreciates now.

The hotel just been renovated. They now have a pool and lift before we use to go to 2nd floor by staircase, no more much appreciate. The breakfast selection was great lot of Indonesian food, i like the local sweet pudding, very delicious. I ll come back to the hotel soon, recommended.

The hotel was clean and good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 4 nites and I liked to comeback again to this hotel for my future visit to Lombok. Hotel is in the middle of Mattaram Town and between the city administration office.

great location, near city center, easy to find. There is minimarket near the location. But if you want to find unique culinary in Lombok, you need to take taxi.

The breakfast is not really satisfying. The room is clean.

Value for money!

First time we enter the room the air-con is not cool, the room wasndirty (so many dust under the sofa) the floor is a bit sandy. We asked to change the room but they said they will repair the air-con but still we feel stuffy. But the location is strategic, takes 10mins to go to epicentrum mall.. if you want a quite hotel, i will not recommend you to this hotel, bcos this hotel is near the highway and its too noisy hears the cars and motorcycle passing by. And the food its not too bad, they have rice, meat, veggies, bread, jams, cereal and fruit there..

Staying here just for a night before heading towards Gilis.
The location are very convenient for strolling around the Mataram City especially at night. It is also near to Big beautiful Mosque :)
What I love the most are the breakfast. Arrived late at night, we gone to sleep without dinner, the breakfast are reaaally satisfying for us 3 hungrybungries...

This is my first night in lombok with my friend. And i made reservation from T App for 1 night at this hotel. Then what i get is far from what we expected. The guy in reception desk is only one person so we have to wait for check in because this guy so busy answered the phone from other guest maybe, first impression is not good but its ok we dont mind. After the long process for check in, the security (not the bellboy) escorted us to the room.. after 1 hour we had a phone call from the front desk, he said that he gave us the wrong room number. He said that our room is a superior room so we have to move to another room at that moment.. very unconfy then we moved to the another room. The worst thing is he gave us another hot small room with air conditioner which not work properly.
My suggestion is Do not stay at this hotel. You can find other hotel with more facility on the same price. This hotel is not worth it..
