A ne plus jamais mettre les pieds dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Le professionnalisme du personnel a l'accueil.
Les omelettes du jeune homme dans le stand au petit déjeuner

Cons:

Un hotel a fuir et a éviter,l'emplacement est nul il faut absolument avoir une voiture ou faire appel a un taxi.
Pour commencer notre suite avait une lampe de chevet dont le câble était recollée avec scotch et on voyais encore les fils électriques,la baguette qui tient la moquette sur le sol etait décollé d'un côté et mon fils s'est coupé avec et il fallait constamment faire attention pour ne pas qu'il
propreté dans notre suite était inexistante,les verres à eau et les tasse de café n'ont pas tout étaient changé j'ai dû le réclamer 2 fois et la 1eme fois la personne me regarde droit dans les yeux et il dit qu'elle l'a changé alors que j'ai la tasse sale dans la main.
Les draps pareils ca ne se cjabge pas touts les hours j'ai dû demander que ça soit fait et pareil pour l'aspirateur il y avait des miettes partout,des ongles coupé par terre,une couches de poussière sur les meubles,j'ai dû nettoyer moi même car les femmes de ménage ca leur plaisaient pas du tout que je signal qu'il y avait des choses mal faites,il y avait limite elle allait se bagarré avec nous.
Dans la description c'est écrit 2 piscines mais en faite c'est une seule avec une petite partie réservée pour les enfants et dans la piscine des grand s'il y a 6 personnes qui rentrent y a plus de place pour d'autres.
Concernant le petit déjeuner c'etait varié serte mais immangeable,la pain était sec certan fromage et charcuterie aussi étaient sec dans les ouefs brouillé déjà prêt 2 fois j'ai trouvé des morceaux de coquille d'oeufs,le café est imbuvable heureusement qu'il y avait le thé,la seule chose qui etait mangeable c'était les omelette faite sur place a la demande.

We stayed one night at Ramada Hotel Cappadocia and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a lovely ambience, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very good breakfast with plenty of fresh options. The atmosphere and facilities truly reflect the standards of a 5-star property.

However, one aspect of our stay was disappointing. The receptionist persistently encouraged us to book tours through her, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. At a hotel of this level, guests should feel welcomed and supported—not pressured into purchasing additional services.

Despite this, we did enjoy our stay, and we hope the management will address this issue to ensure a more seamless and professional experience for future guests.

Pros:

As all Ramada hotels, more or less comfortable in terms of bed, room size, bathroom.

Cons:

I am for the second time in this hotel and my previous stay was much better.

This time:
- The was a noise from air donditioner station or something like this from the outside of the room which affected my sleep.
- The breakfast was very poor though it was early in the morning when I came.
- The gym condition is not good: half of the lights do not work, half of the facilitiea in a bad condition.

Pros:

We had a quick stay for the night. The rooms were fine, staff was really friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Easy to reach all important locations in Cappadocia in 5-15min. Price was good.

Cons:

Small windows in the room and bed was too soft.

Pros:

The room was really comfortable and it has nice beds. I enjoyed my stay and I could sleep really well. My room has views to the mountain. Furthermore the staffs are friendly and they are ready to assist with everything.

Breakfast choice was amazing and on weekends there is an option for handmade flatbread
