3 I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and public transport. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great

Terrible place

Central location

Cons:

I thought I would offer myself a mice hotel room after staying 24 nights in an ashram. The truth is that the ashram was way more nice and comfortable and much more economical. This hotel is a disgrace. No day light in my room, only small window over the AC exhaust. Very very noisy, party next door, loud music and someone knocking at my door after midnight Dead insect on my dinner table and marks on my bed sheets.

Recommended modern centrally located hotel
Pros:

Well located modern hotel, just off the main road in Tapovan. Comfortable spacious room. Decent buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel arranged transfer to the airport, but the driver ripped us off, demanding a "waiting fee", claiming he had been waiting for over an hour at the hotel. The staff knocked on our door at 11.30pm while we were in bed, in relation to arranging the transfer.
A bit noisy given the proximity to the main road.

Overall I was very disappointed. Clean sheets are the most basic expectation from any hotel.
Pros:

Good location, friendly and responsive staff.
Modern design. The hotel provides a Bluetooth speaker inside the room, which was fun and unexpected.
I wish I had more good things to add.

Cons:

This hotel did the biggest DON'T that a hotel could do to a guest - provide a dirty bed with used (unchanged) sheets. The bed was perfectly made up and tidy, but when I lifted the blanket to get in, I was shocked to find stains on the sheet and pillow cases (they seemed like oil stains from the face/head), and hairs.. eww. The staff quickly changed the bedding upon request, but the damage to my experience was irreparable.
The room smelled moldy and was very dusty - everywhere - floor corners, shelves/dressers - every possible surface. My feet turned black after walking barefoot inside the room. I had to wear shoes!
The mattress was very hard.
The location is quite noisy - the balcony door is poor quality and you can hear all the street noise come through.
The water from the shower spreads all over the bathroom floor.
Breakfast was included, but quite minimal in comparison to other properties in which I stayed.
Overall I was very disappointed.

Friendly staff, affordable hotel, but incredibly loud off the main road
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The location was very loud and central. I asked to cancel after the first night, and booking.com approved but the hotel declined so I stayed which ultimately I wish I had just left because the main street and alley were so incredibly loud I never felt a moment of peace and quiet.
