Experiencia Única e Irrepetible.
Pros:

Un Hotel realmente único, es estar constantemente en un museo, te maravillas de cada detalle, los cuales están muy bien pensados. La carta del restaurant excelente, y su comida excepcional, del mas alto nivel. Le hacen un gran honor a su nombre.

Would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Cons:

Pool was too chilly.
Inconsistency in restaurant service, very much dependant on the server (some great and attentive, some very poor and feels like you have been forgotten).

El agua de la piscina estaba helada para la fecha, además cuando llegamos la pieza no estaba calefaccionada. Da la impresión que esperan a que lleguen los huéspedes para recién ajustar.

This is one of the very best hotels we’ve stayed at, certainly the most interesting given the amazing setting. The renovation and restoration of the meat processing and cold storage facilities, with the incorporation of the original boilers and
steam engines is fantastic. Class throughout.

The staff were exceptional, the room beautiful with a view to match.

The bar / restaurant area is lovely and the dinner menu is wide and varied, with a wine list which starts with some very reasonably priced options. Breakfast was also excellent.

Particularly enjoyed the Spa where the pool, sauna and steam all have views across the shore to the mountains.

На ресепшен вечером некомпетентный персонал, крайне медленно реагируют на письма по электронной почте!!!!
И самое неприятное- это финальный инвойс и приписанная бутылка вина!!!!!
При этом персонал неохотно вступает в переговоры
После того как мы уже оплатили инвойс менеджер Филиппо решил еще раз проверить выписку, естественно чек он не нашел, пообещали вернуть!
Будем ждать.
