Pros:

Spacious room and new colors to the room

Cons:

Dinner menu for kids was frozen food and kitchen staff was not friendly. Making you eat early so they can close early

Cons:

Nasty and ugly kitchen staff. They are rude and do what they wants. Imposing there own rules making you eat when you don't have too saying they are about to close at 6:30 pm.for dinner

Close to the ocean

Cons:

Hotel staff sent a WhatsApp message at 1:00pm (two hours before the 3:00pm check in time) advising us that they had no rooms available….even though we had a confirmed Booking.com reservation and received a welcome message the previous week right after booking. The hotel is 5 hours away from the capital so imagine our shock getting this message after driving 4 hours to get there. We still went there and after an argument they still gave us our room. Hotel staff then deleted the WhatsApp message and made us wait until 3:00pm to give the keys.

Cons:

Las toallas muy dañadas, los toboganes no servían las bombas, los escalones oxidados. La comida cara, no excepcional y el servicio lento.

Me anularon la reservación una hora antes de mi check in. Ya había viajado al hotel y me llaman diciendo que ya no había cupo. Es una irresponsabilidad y falta de seriedad.
