Brown water, broken aircon, broken lift system
The staff were all great throughout our stay - friendly, helpful, polite. We felt very safe throughout our stay. The rooms were plenty big enough, had everything you could need for a short stay, and clean and comfy
The shower tray leaked a bit into the bathroom. The lifts were very slow

View was good enough not exceptional mybe upper floor would have been nice I was on the 16th floor

Locating near alarmist everthing( shops, fast food, clicks, kfc e.tc next to sightseeing offices and there a mall close by )

Water was dirty from the 8th of march till 11 the day e left and was not provided with drinking water and or any compensation for the situation 😭 no communication was given about water
Heater in the room felt like cold air was still blowing
Bed was not balanced mattress was tired on one side, we had to balance it with a pillow
Emplacement
Problème d'alimentation de l'eau. Coulais tres peu et toute marron. Revenu a la normale le 3éme jour. La salle de bain n'a aucune prise électrique et est mal éclairée. Côté cuisine pas d'éponge ni produits pour laver les couverts. Stric minimum de la vaisselle et casserole en très mauvais état. L'attente aux ascenseurs est longue. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre et plafonds vetustes dans s'allongent cuisine avec tuyaux apparents. Côté petit-déjeuner c'est moyen.

Good Breakfast
Noisy refrigerator in room 1515, and the hotel ran out of hot water on Sunday afternoon. But most annoying was the male guard at the lift entrance who was extremely unkind to my wife for not having an entry card. We were unaware that we needed to produce two room cards (one per person). After asking reception about the situation it was explained to me that each guest needs and entry card, and I am perfectly OK with the procedure. The guard however had a harsh military response "no card, no entry" which we found unbecoming. He insisted that I had to go up to the room whilst leaving my wife waiting in the foyer and she was only allowed in after I had collected her card from the room. (I am sure you can go back and look at the video footage).

The steel bed base, the fact that we had to walk to breakfast.
Views were amazing. Room was comfortable and spacious.
All lifts broke down, there were 8....2 working on first day. No water for a day. Access cards never worked once at security areas.. No communication about what was going on from hotel staff who were nowhere to be found, but the security staff were helpful
It was average and the pictures were deceiving
The pool is extremely small, the happy hour didn't not have drinks advertised, the breakfest was okay but limited options for R250 not worth it, the access wasn't pleasant as my wife had to keep finding her card in her bag as mines wasn't good enough for them. The parking area and access is inconvenient as its 2 seperate lifts 1 for the rooms and 1 for the parking lot
The privacy and hospitality
The tv remote on 2023 was not up to standard and wifi on 1611 not connecting.
Centralt läge. Hade gärna bokat något närmare Waterfront.
Bra frukost. Rum med spis och kyl.
Trist pool.
Wundervolle Aussicht und sehr nettes Personal.
Gut gelegen.
Zutritt mit den Karten war etwas kompliziert.
Location
The lifts didn't work or were being repaired during my stay, so there was a 5-10-minute wait anytime one needed to use it. Checkout time was 10AM, (never came across this before) they tried to enforce it so ended up with multiple staffs members coming to knock on my door to usher me out.
