Kitchen equipment missing some items
I loved the city view from room, cleanliness, accessible to several services in the CBD. Not far from the red bus city your offices which I needed the most
Failure to give me iron. I had to to go out without ironing twice!
Restaurant was far. Had to walk across roads to reach breakfast point
Breakfast at the hotel was amazing, so much choice - scrambled eggs, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes all available as part of included breakfast and lots of bread/cake choices, fruit, yogurt etc. etc.
The location, was literally 4 mins from conference venue meaning i could walk. the location was safe and surrounded by mass was spoilt for choice
The fact that i had to request m y room to be cleaned on a daily basis. would knock off round4 and my room would still not be cleaned

I really liked the location of the place and how clean it was I would definitely bring my family next time
When I arrived the service was not the best the receptionist first told me he didn't see my booking even though I showed him the communication which we had and that I had booked through the app.
