Sunday and bank holidays : 8:00 to 12:00

In case you arrive outside of the reception opening hours, you can get your room key at the automatic kiosk (located on the left of the gate), using your booking number or your family name.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Très bien : une équipe véritablement orientée "service client" merci et bravo
Cons:

En RDC Nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre car le dispositif de sécurité était hors d'usage.
L'eau chaude est trop chaude : leréglage d la température à la source pourrait être une vraie source d'économie et est dplus développement durable.

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre et déco sympa. Petit déjeuner très bien au départ mais les plats chauds étaient froids...
