It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the shower was hot

Cons:

You pay for what you get there was no free water or refrigerator or kettle in the room but across the road was alphamart so you could get what you needed

Last time I book the Budget Room
Pros:

Location is great & transportation is at the doorstep. Room was very clean, A/C cold & staff friendly. Convenience store is only two blocks away.

Cons:

The Budget Room was really budget with only one government channel on TV, shower not working so bathing is Filipino-style with a bucket (tabo) & since the room is on ground floor behind reception, it’s noisier than upstairs rooms (stayed 3 times before so I know) with traffic & conversations outside the door. Not recommended to foreigners unless you want a local experience.
