We expected more.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

I booked an executive suite and the room #11 was slightly larger than a closet. Next morning they moved us to a larger room which was fine but did not look like the photos. Very little hot water for showers and the internet was very slow. The front desk was not able to call us a taxi when departing

Zentrale Lage nahe des historischen Stadtkerns von Querétaro

Sehr schlechtes Internet in den Zimmern - zumindest in den am hinteren Hof gelegenen Zimmern.
Da das Hotel kein Frühstück anbietet, erhielten wir vom Personal einen Gutschein über einee 15%-ige Ermäßigung auf ein Frühstück im Hotel Misiones im Zentrum von Querétaro, wo wir ein sehr schlechtes Frühstück von äißerst unfreundlichem Personal serviert bekamen. Dringende Empfehlung: dieses "Angebot" nicht in Ansüpruch nehmen!!! Es gibt in Querétaro so viele gute und nette Frühstücksrestaurants

Se escucha un poco el ruido del baño del otro cuarto, y aunque tenía puerta de madera y cristal , mi habitación no tenía ventana, en mi caso me gusta sentir el aire fresco pero si tiene aire acondicionado, pero yo casi no lo uso.

The location was great

Cons:

We were first given the room we paid for but it smelled terribly like humidity and the shower had black mold. We requested a room change and it was ok but the other room still didn't feel really clean.

There's also a coffee machine in the room but no pods, staff seemed annoyed that we asked if we could get 2 for the morning.

Very nice hotel in great location with friendly staff and secured entrance.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Upgraded room at no charge. Room cleaned early so we could come back to rest in the afternoon. Close to good restaurants for breakfast. January was good time to come to Querétaro- little crowds and pleasant weather. 24 hour desk which worked for us because we arrived at 1am. Secured front entrance.

Cons:

Internet didn’t work well. Shower never got hot, only lukewarm.
