Está limpio todo el alojamiento, todo el personal amble y atentos a cualquier momento algo que también está muy bien es el desayuno pero lo que que os gustó mucho fue la ducha el agua a como uno quiere,

Good value in safe area of GC. Would return.
Pros:

Airport pick up was as promised Check-in and check-out were fine.Breakfast was good (Juan the egg cook is very nice) but not much choice and pretty much unchanging over five days.Internet worked welll with some weakness around suppertime. Staff were very nice and reactive to issues. Business lunch was served quickly on departure day. Next to hotel 3minutes by foot is a excellent vegetarian restaurant 'Vegetariano Primavera''

Cons:

We found the bed quite hard (and we like firm beds) I do not understand why a hot chocolate at breakfast is 26 Quetzals extra over a coffee. In most cafe you find at most a 5Q difference in costs Strange pricing choice.
