We had a great time in Palermo, the hotel was exceptional.
Pros:

The breakfast selection was excellent. The location was perfect, central and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Brilliant interiors. Comfortable beds. The Staff were exceptional always prepared to assist with any enquiry.

Ideal Location and parking for a fee
Pros:

Location and ability to park our vehicle for 2 nights was great.
Within walking distance of many restaurant choices and all the attractions.
Easy to enjoy Palermo on foot once you arrive.
Hotel front desk staff was attentive and polite. Great sense of humor.
Maintenance also had our lighting issue fixed within minutes.
Breakfast espressos took a few askings but I think they were understaffed that day. Great selection of breakfast foods to get you on your day.

Perfekt, gerne wieder
Pros:

Frühstück, alles was das Herz begehrt ! Wir waren von 12 Jahren bis 60 Jahre, jeder hat etwas gefunden.
Einzig der Filterkaffe war ungenießbar, haben uns halt einen Cappuccino bestellt.

Realmente hace rato que un hotel no m me sorprende tan gratamente. Personal super amable, lo que no abunda en italia. Respuesta al instante ante cada inquietud, pedido. Ubicación excelente. Desayuno de calidad, variado y delicado. Un 10!

Très bel hôtel

Vraiment un bel établissement

Nous étions ravis

Cons:

Le seul bémol étant que pour ce standing d’hôtel il n’y a meme pas une bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre , tout est payant c’est dommage
