It was comfortable but there were more down sides then up
Pros:

The room was clean and the price was affordable

Cons:

Staff were lazy, i asked for the towel on the 1st day of my stay and i had to ask for it 3 toh 4 times and then i got it. Had an issue with the first room lock so they switched my room which was a bad start.

Staff were wonderful

Cons:

It was dirty, the sofa was filthy and needed to go in the skip bin. Bed sheets were stained. Do not stay here!

When you pay for a room you should get what you pay for.

Cons:

There were no towels in the room.
There was as no hot water in shower.
The television didn’t work.
The wifi didn’t work.
We got moved to another room on the second day still no tv and no wifi.

It was a very quiet and peaceful stay
Pros:

We paid for breakfast but we didnt actually have it, but we did order dinner the night before and it was a hearty meal because staff were perfect preparing it. Good customer service from them and the lady at the reception, patient compared to other places I've been to. Thank you very much.

Cons:

The TV remote was not working and wifi password, overall, everything else was ok.

L'emplacement parfait belle vue. Les chambres sont grandes. Et le personnel souriant.

Cons:

Hôtel très vieillot et mal entretenu. Aucun ménage fait durant le séjour, pas de serviettes ni de produits (réclamés plusieurs fois). L'accès restaurant est inadapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, malgré notre signalement. Piscine petite et négligée. petit-déjeuner très limité.
