A terrible experience with zero cleanliness, missing basic amenities, and unprofessional staff constantly demanding mone

Cons:

Housekeeping & Amenities: The cleanliness is very poor. They do not clean the rooms daily, and basic bathroom amenities like shampoo are not provided. Every single day, I had to physically go down to the hotel reception counter just to get fresh towels.
Staff Behavior: The staff's behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. They constantly ask for money and tips throughout the day. If you don't give them extra money, they refuse to provide basic hospitality services. They act completely unprofessional and look for handouts rather than doing their jobs. It was a terrible experience.

Cons:

Assigned me a cheap room different from the one I picked online. Walked me to that room and back to reception. Checked my online booking and then sent us to a different room on the ground floor. I requested a room on the upper floor they claimed all booked up.
Next day there was a cockroach that scared my wife and also a lizard cam in.!!!!
I got the photos of the cockroach in the room.

Pros:

スタッフの対応が良かったです。場所は街の中心から歩きはしますが、他のホテルより安いので価値ありです。建物自体は古めですがその後に増設したであろうエレベーターがあります。

Cons:

部屋にもよるはずですがレセプションから部屋までが遠かったです。鍵がエラー出て3回行ったり来たりせねばなりませんでした。

Cons:

It was dirty, the sofa was filthy and needed to go in the skip bin. Bed sheets were stained. Do not stay here!

It was comfortable but there were more down sides then up

The room was clean and the price was affordable

Cons:

Staff were lazy, i asked for the towel on the 1st day of my stay and i had to ask for it 3 toh 4 times and then i got it. Had an issue with the first room lock so they switched my room which was a bad start.

There were no towels in the room.
There was as no hot water in shower.
The television didn’t work.
The wifi didn’t work.
We got moved to another room on the second day still no tv and no wifi.
