Breakfast (no varieties and same kind every morning), toiletries (no toothpaste, small soap, tiny bottles of body liquid soaps), tea stuff (tiny cups, not enough tea stuff), facilities are quite old and need fixing everywhere. I was placed in 3 rooms on arrival with the first 2 had problems I had to be relocated, which I found it very inconvenient. Ironing station is outside of the rooms, the terrace is blocked and therefore avoided me from enjoying the ocean view as per the room privilege.
Location, ease of check in and friendly staff.

The kitchen is bare. No tea towels or dish cloth. Instead of sachets of powder a small long life milk would be nice.
The is no bath mat. The walls are grubby. A little more attention to detail would be well appreciated. Staff are friendly and happy. Breakfasts are really good and dinners are wholsome and delicious.
I travelled with my elderly grandmother who has mobility issues and asthma, and I informed the property in advance requesting an accessible room, even called right before we took off. Despite this, we were given a room far at the back. The shortcut to the room had no lighting and required walking behind other rooms, although the security guard kindly assisted us as we checked in late at night.
The bathroom sink was broken, the shower was leaking, and the TV and telephone were not working. We reported the issues, and when we requested a refund, we were offered another room. However, moving again was not practical due to my grandmother’s mobility limitations.
