I have stayed at your hotel on numerous occasions, and unfortunately, almost every time I check in, there is an issue with the room allocated to me.

During my ecent stay in Room 603, a wooden louvre was missing and the air conditioning was not working. On a previous stay in Room 104, the main door handle was not fully functional, and before that, in Room 404, the lights were not working.

I have also noticed inconsistencies in the service provided. At breakfast, for example, I observed that other guests were served jam, but I was not. It was only after I enquired that I was given jam.

What is particularly frustrating is that these issues are only addressed after I raise them with staff. I am then either moved to another fully functional room or provided with items that should have been provided in the first place.

This has happened often enough that I am now left wondering why. Is it because I am iTaukei and there is an assumption that I will simply accept whatever room or service is given to me without raising concerns? I sincerely hope this is not the case, but the repeated nature of these experiences makes me question why I seem to encounter these issues so consistently.

I am raising this because I genuinely want to see improvement. Despite these experiences, I continue to return because I am from Lau and strongly believe in supporting and advocating for local businesses.

I hope management will take this feedback seriously and ensure that rooms are properly inspected and that all guests receive the same standard of accommodation and service before my next visit.

It was pleasant.
Pros:

The breakfast was basic breakfast, fruits only. There are other options available, but you have to pay extra for. If you're a budget person, this is for you. If you don't like to pay so much just to sleep, this is also for you. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner options available at additional cost. It is good to have such options to cater for a wide range of customers. If you're looking for 3, 4, 5-star level accommodation things, this is not it. If you're picky, this is also not for you. Friendly staff, accommodating.

Cons:

The louvered windows. Since this is located in between 2 roads, the traffic noise could be an issue if you like peace and quiet. Perhaps a sliding door that shuts out sound will do it justice. The shower facilities could use a fresh finishing make over to give it a more modern look.

A nice and safe accomodation
Pros:

The place is secure and friendly staff, The restaurant on the premises is excellent, close to the city by taxi and foot. The bathroom towel rack broken, little things like this will assist to make it a pleasant stay. This was my second time stay and I highly recommend the place

Cons:

The included breakfast is very plain, the coffee is good, if the breakfast menu is improved would be good. The pillows have a bad smell, I had to cover it with my own towel to sleep, The sheets look clean but yellow colour.

Pros:

The rooms are huge and convenient for shopping,hospital and transport.
Staff are kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room does not look like in the advertising photo, bed linen needs an upgrade,a microwave in the room will be very helpful and the breafast was too cold.

Great people, comfortable bed, dark room, great view, good food and convenient location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was always open and clean and the food was delicious. The room was clean and tidy and made up everyday. It was good value for money. I will stay there again. I felt really safe there and once you were in your room you couldn't hear the other guests.
