Pros:

Apenas llegamos al hotel, nos informaron que una de las dos habitaciones que teniamos reservadas estaba ocupada y que solo tendriamos una habitacion disponible. Ante mucha insistencia, por fin decidio darnos las dos habitaciones.

We had a great experience! The owner was very responsive and helped coordinate our transportation and tours. We felt safe and supported by staff with finding restaurants, taxis and information we needed for enjoying the area. The hotel was very pretty with lovely palms of every kind all around. We were able to use the refrigerator and kitchen. Some families used the barbecues to enjoy meals. They even have a local menu that you can order from and have delivered with seafood. Each room has a hammock and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very attentive to our every need. The hotel is quiet and located about 6 minutes from Puerto Lopez, which makes it very convenient for getting to tours and back. Highly recommend!
