It was pleasant for one night
Pros:

The room was spacious and the staff was helpful and accommodating. They even ordered us dinner as we came late.

Cons:

Maybe it was a mistake and they left a balcony door open earlier, but the room was full of mosquitos. It made our stay uncomfortable as we were bitten. I choose to believe it would not happen on a regular basis though.

Kudos to the owner.
Pros:

Mr. Agrawal(the owner of the property )on just a call visited personally and ensured safe and soothing stay of my family. I was not there with them yet I felt that they are in safe hands.
He also ensured their hassle free further travel.

There was nothing to dislike.

Pros:

Nice place to stay. Very near to Railway Station and main Market of Raxaul. Nepal is just 10 mins. Walk away from Hotel. Bathroom size was exceptionally big.

Location, close to railway station and border, just walking distance. Kind of a big room and clean.

Cons:

The area in front of this building looks like a war field.

Pros:

The location is very close to the Raxaul border, making it easier to go to Birgunj and come back.
Very close to the Railway station.
They gave us one room on complimentary upgrade even without any request from our side.
The owner was present and managing things personally
Lastly the hospitality given by the uncle at reception was amazing.
