Its a big property, in a coffee plantation. The rooms are big. Property is clean. Gardens and surroundings are well maintained.
Nothing as such to not like.
I loved the decor of the property. It had such an old house charm with modern and clean amenities. Beautiful temple doors for the rooms, stone pillars in the courtyard. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Food was fresh and yum. The staff was very hospitable.
Towards the night, the receptionist or dining was not responsive to the calls. The road to the property is lit but lonely.

El personal muy atento, amable y considerado. El jardín precioso, muy bien cuidado… las instalaciones muy confortables, habitaciones con grandes ventanas al jardín… una delicia.
Buscaba tranquilidad y desconexión y eso fue lo que encontré. Alargué mi estancia.
La verdad es que sólo puedo decir cosas positivas. Las fotos no hacen justicia.
The room along with the washroom was fantastic.
But food was horrible.
There is much much scope for improvement.
The breakfast buffet menu was horrible. When you are paying 13k per night, you expect a much better breakfast buffet.
Moreover, during dinner, all of a sudden we were informed that no Ala Karte option would be available and we'll have to take the dinner buffet which was very very horrible and had very limited non-veg options.
They basically forced us to take the dinner buffet, by having no Ala Karte option. This happened twice during our 3 night stay.
How can you force your guests to take the dinner buffet?
The staff were nice , very helpful and considerate
