Hotel 5 estrellas. Personal y atención 10 estrellas!!
Pros:

Hoteles bonitos con piscinas increíbles hay otros, pero nunca, y viajo bastante por trabajo y ocio, he estado en un hotel donde la atención del personal haya sido tan espectacular. Gracias a todos desde el primero hasta el último.

Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and we would choose a different place next time
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family with a young child.

The room was modern, comfortable and offered a beautiful sea view. The nearby Es Trenc beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water and soft white sand. This is undoubtedly the strongest aspect of the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations for a property marketed as an Iberostar Selection hotel.

Breakfast and dinner are served only as buffets. While the food was acceptable, the selection was limited, repetitive and lacked the quality and creativity we expected in this category. Dining became one of the biggest disappointments of our stay.

Service was inconsistent. We experienced confusion regarding water charges during dinner, were told to collect drinks ourselves at breakfast, and were informed that the hotel does not provide lunch boxes for guests leaving early. None of these issues are major on their own, but together they create an impression of a hotel that focuses more on operations than on guest experience.

The beach is beautiful but requires a 15–20 minute walk. For families with children, a simple shuttle or golf-cart service would make a significant difference.

We would not choose to stay here again and would be unlikely to recommend it to friends.

Todo era muy moderno, se preocuparon de cada detalle, buen desayuno y cena. Excelente atención, muy amable el personal esto hizo que nuestra estadía fuera mucho mejor aún.
