This hotel is exceeded my expectations. The staff is doing everything possible to provide you all needed information and comfort. The room is immaculate and all the facilities are just wonderful. The hotel location it's very close to everything and you may reach everything without taking the taxi or public transport.
Access to the shower through its glass door, was a bit complicated

It was very well done. Very unique spotless clean and the staff were incredible. Great location walking distance to everything and a 40 euro ride to the airport.
The only thing I would say is each room has specific bathroom styles. I by accident booked a tub with a hand held shower head. I would have preferred a regular shower but it was just fine. You just have to pay attention to the room description.

No regular iron
The staff were welcoming and friendly, from the receptionists to the breakfast crew, all were very warm and helpful. The hotel was very pretty and comfortable and really handy for the train station without being too close.
There was a huge glass coffee table in my room, very low with sharp edges. I knew as soon as I saw it, it would hurt me at some point. Even though I pushed it as far back as I could, I managed to walk into it in the night. I still have the scars to prove it! Even when I hung the dressing gown over the edge, when I opened and closed the curtains, it managed to bite me on the ankles. The bath was lovely (fantastic shower) but a bit long for me, could have done with a rubber mat to stop slipping. My room was at the back centre of the hotel so no view but quiet (apart from people slamming doors 🙄)

Bel édifice magnifiquement rénové, très bien situé, personnel cordial et avenant. On avait demandé un "early check-in" qui nous avait été octroyé, mais nous sommes finalement arrivés plus tard que prévu.
La "Suite Signature avec baignoire" est magnifique et extrêmement spacieuse avec plus de 57m2!
Une bouteille de rosé et un plateau de fruits frais offerts gracieusement, et un mot de bienvenue nous attendaient à notre arrivée! Nous aurions souhaité que notre séjour ait été plus long afin d'en profiter davantage de cette belle suite. Lit très confortable, grand walk-in, fenêtres ouvrantes, très grande salle de bain et produits de beauté Phytomer top qualité. Même un défroisseur à vêtements était disponible. Nous serons de retour à notre prochain passage à Nice.
Nous n'avions pas été avisés qu'il était nécessaire de réserver le stationnement qui était malheureusement plein. Cependant, on nous a indiqué un parking payant à proximité.
Étonnamment, aucune bouteille d'eau n'était fournie gracieusement. La réception a cependant eu la gentillesse de ne pas nous la facturer.
Nous avons été surpris qu'aucun haut-parleur bluetooth ne soit fourni, car le son de la radio à travers la tv n'est pas top... Mais ces détails n'ont en rien diminué notre appréciation de ce séjour.
Location was good, easy access to the seaside and nearby restaurants.
Towels were a bit old and their hairdryer was not very good. I wouldn't say the hotel was recently renovated, it was more like renovated 2 years ago.
