إقامة جيدة، وتعاون رائع من موظفي الاستقبال

الموقع ممتاز، 5 دقائق للشاطيء، و10 دقائق لمحطة القطار، وربع ساعة للأولد تاون، كذلك تعامل الموظفين كان رائع جدا، كانوا ودودين ولطفاء وخدومين، والفندق هاديء جدا لايوجد إزعاج

الاضاءة كانت خافتة جدا، لم يحرص مسؤولوا النظافة على الاهتمام بالنظافة، طيلة اقامتنا خمسة أيام لم يتم تنظيف أرضية الحمام، وظلت خصلات الشعر على الأرضية، وكذلك الغرفة لم تكن نظيفة تماما، المراتب لم تكن مريحة للنوم، لقد أتعبتنا، وكنا نضطر لطلب الصابون والشامبو ، حيث أن العمال لم يكونوا يضعون هذه الأدوات يوميا .

Cons:

Leider ging meine Suite zu einem Innenhof. Im Zimmer gab es nur indirekte Beleuchtung, somit war es durch das eher gedämpfte Farbkonzept äußerst dunkel. Man hatte überhaupt kein Tageslicht. Wenn man nicht mal ins Freie sehen kann, ist das nicht wirklich eine Suite!!! Auch die Handtücher wurden drei Tage nicht ersetzt, obwohl sie vom housekeeping mitgenommen wurden, aber es waren noch Duschtücher vorhanden. Die Kosmetiktücher wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt, genauso die Minibar die ersten beiden Nächte. Das ist sehr schade, denn das Hotel war sehr ansprechend ansonsten, auch die Lage ist gut!
