Room was dusty everywhere, black mold in the bathroom and a damp smell. Clearly not cleaned.
Breakfast is a joke. A tiny room with 3 tables, an employee comes and just puts a plate in front of you with 2 olives, a slice of cheese and a cold boiled egg + warm water. That's it.
Impossible to sleep. Extreme noise all night - car horns from the street, plus people shouting and running on the hallway and using the elevator until 3 AM. Walls are paper thin.
Avoid at all costs. There are much better options for the same price in Istanbul.
Location for key tourist sites in Istanbul is great (apart for walk up steep hill) Very friendly and helpful staff, Hotel met expectations for price, felts safe and overall clean room.
Breakfast could be better as not only choice is what is on your plate. Also due the size of the hotel, if fully booked you could end up waiting in line for breakfast as dinning room is very small

Absolut nimic. Mâncare groaznică, baia jegoasă, ușa de la intrare nu se încuia, geamurile abia se închideau, praful uriaș. Nu recomand acest hotel DELOC

Personalul este prietenos, hotelul este situat in apropierea obiectivelor turistice
Pozele de pe booking nu reflecta realitatea. Curatenia lasa foarte mult de dorit. In baie, rosturile erau pline de mucegai, toaleta nu era igienizata, hartie igienica nu era, gel de dus/sampon nu era, lenjeria de pat era patata/murdara, iar prosoapele de asemenea. Micul dejun este groaznic: o farfurie cu niste resturi uscate pusa in fata, fara cafea (doar instant). Extrem de dezamagitor
Le personnel était très gentil, l’emplacement de l’hôtel était bien situé
Concernant l’hygiène c’était pas ouf les draps étaient sale ensuite l’eau chaude il y’en avait un jour sur deux l’isolation des murs était pour le coup catastrophique j’avais l’impression de dormir avec mes voisins le premier qui ronflais et l’autre qui faisais que crier avec ses enfants. Ensuite la cerise sur le gâteau on avait besoin de papier toilette on a demander, on nous a dit qu’il y’en avait plus…

The location of hotel is very nice. Staff is wonderful.
Centrally located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just steps from the Grand Bazaar and other key amenities. The owner and staff were remarkably accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. The building itself is stunning, featuring a regal interior design, and everything is kept exceptionally clean and well-managed.
