Pros:

Hotel bien situé à seulement 15min à pied des sites essentiels (Mosquée bleue, Hagia Sophia, Citerne Basilique)
Beaucoup de commerces de toutes sortes à côté de l'établissement. Tramway à 5min. Café et thé disponible à l'accueil

Cons:

Isolation sonore faible.

Locație excelentă - la doar 15-20 minute de mers până la cele mai populare atracții turistice.
Multe restaurante și cafenele în apropiere.
Personal foarte drăguț și receptiv. Check-in la 10.00!

Cons:

Sunt necesare unele îmbunătățiri în odaie - ușa de la mini-frigider atârna. Igrasie pe pereții din duș.

A kedves személyzet, akik nagyon segítőkészek, figyelmesek. Nagyon közel vannak gyalogosan is a látnivalók, boltok, éttermek, villamlsmegálló.

It's ok for very short stay if you are on a top floor and can tolerate smell of cigaretes
Pros:

Staff were friendly; they changed me to a room as there was an issue with the leaking toilet in another room; they tried to upgrade their breakfast (I don't eat bread), so they added more eggs; they were friendly and polite on approach and tried to meet my needs

Cons:

smell of smoke from downstairs as locals smoke right near the entrance: sitting on the chair and the door to reception is open; All my room, even i was on the top floor, smell as smoke; including my luggage; i tried to complained but nothing changed. Only the smokers can't feel it.
Breakfast is a joke. Nil milk, really little; to way overpriced everything, honestly. Breakfast should be better and nil smoke smell. Some receptionists were smoking and walking with the cigarette around the entrance.
Towels need to be changed for newer ones, and all leaks fixed
I could not invite a female friend (the same gender) to my room for a few hours, but I was asked to pay for her. My room was actually booked for 2 people; I understand in muslim countries things are different, but in big hotels, inviting a friend into your room for a few hrs is not a problem. It was disappointing; we had not seen each other for 12 years, and saw each other once every 10-14 years.

not bad for short stay
Pros:

I stayed 1 day, then returned and stayed more than a week there. Friendly staff. they fixed shower hoise when i asked.

Cons:

in that particular room was a bit noisy and leaks under toilet need to be fixed guys. The water pressure is poor need to run waiter for a bit to shave warm water

Pros:

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult zona în care este amplasat hotelul. Este relativ aproape de principalele puncte de interes, ceea ce a făcut deplasarea mai ușoară .

Cons:

Din păcate, experiența nu a fost una plăcută. Apa caldă nu funcționa corespunzător – curgea câteva minute, apoi se oprea. Camera nu era curată încă din prima zi de cazare, iar prosoapele erau închise la culoare, nu păreau curate sau îngrijite. În plus, se auzea foarte tare zgomotul de afară, iar în cele 4 nopți de ședere nu s-a făcut curățenie nici măcar o dată.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était super bon, trop appétissant. Le personnel nous a accueillis chaleureusement, il était très gentil et serviable. Franchement, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et je ne regretterai jamais d'avoir choisi cet hôtel dans cet endroit magnifique. Si j'ai l'occasion de retourner à Istanbul, c'est officiellement là que je séjournerai.
