Beautiful place the pool was amazing with beautiful views

Cons:

We didn’t know it was an alcohol free premises. We arrived on our Anniversary so we were looking forward to a nice tea together with a beer and a wine. It’s not their fault I just wouldn’t have booked if I had known

Good short stay
Pros:

The room was spacious for our small family of 3. Buggy to fro carpark. Pleasant smell from the hallway.

Cons:

They didn’t provide stirrer, not even a spoon for me to stir my coffee. I know if I call they will give me but these are basic things that you should give in a room before your guests arrive. It’s what a 5 star hotel should do.

The room is very spacious! It has great view overlooking the park & I can see the Putrajaya skyline from my room.

The breakfast spread was good. Not as many options but all the food was tasty & delicious.

Cons:

The maintenance to the sliding door to my balcony was overdue. It needed some lubricant to ensure smooth & easy opening to access the balcony. Also I wish the room comes with soft & firm pillows as the pillows provided were quite soft. It was not as firm to my liking.

Это действительно большой красивый отель в одном из тихих пригородов Куала Лумпур - Путраджайа. Отель расположен в самом сердце парковой зоны, и если спуститься вниз через парк, то выйдешь прямо к Розовой Мечети и озеру, где можно взять обзорную экскурсию на корабликах. Мы получили огромное удовольствие от проживания в этом отеле, от ежедневных прогулок и тишины. В отеле есть спа центр, я брала процедуру арома массаж у мастера Нур, она сделала прекрасную работу, мое тело и ум расслабились на 1000%, спасибо ей огромное за это, она действительно профессионал своего дела. Также мы ежедневно пользовались сауной и видовым бассейном.
Отдельно отмечу, что завтраки были великолепны и мы смогли в полной мере насладиться местными блюдами и напитками, это был новый для нас опыт в Малайзии.

В женском спа не работал хамам, тогда как в мужском работал.

Got Sauna, balcony, baby cot, 24 hour room service for ordering food, buggy service from car park to lobby. Staff very friendly. Breakfast tiptop

Room 423, sliding door to balcony stuck. Very heavy to open.
