Pros:

Camera foarte mare, cu vedere la piscina si la mare, balconul mare, totul foarte curat, cele patru piscine sunt suficiente pentru toți turiștii, restaurant cu mâncare foarte buna si diversificata, in special, la pranz si seara. Parcarea cu locuri puține, pe o laterala a hotelului dar există una acoperita, in apropiere. Vom reveni, cu siguranță.

Bardzo fajny hotel, obsługa bardzo miła, dość dobre jedzenie, każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Blisko do plaży i centrum miasteczka. Czysto.

Cons:

Byliśmy przed sezonem, brakowało nam oprócz basenów dodatkowych atrakcji dla dzieci, np.gry planszówki, dodatkowy plac zabaw kryty, szczególnie na deszczową pogodę.

Foarte bine amplasat,aproape de plaja dar fara sezlonguri proprii la plaja,bauturile locale si mancarea,bune.Sauna,sala de forta si piscina interioara foarte de folos.
Parcarea proprie are cam putine locuri iar costul este decent.

I really enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff, the location, the entertainment, the pools, the drinks, and above all the food at the hotel, which was outstanding at breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Cons:

First of all, I didn’t like the price – around €1440 for 7 nights – which didn’t meet my expectations. The room was clean when we arrived, but during the last two nights, the bed sheets were not changed even though I had left the sign on the door requesting cleaning. I didn’t like the fact that for such a high price, we got a room with two separate beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart. Also, we had a view of the parking lot, which was disappointing.

I didn’t like that the hotel had no laundry facilities available for guests, not even paid ones, and we had to look for laundry services at other hotels. Another issue was the parking – the hotel claimed to have parking spaces, but there were only about 12 spots, all of which were taken. The hotel offered us parking in their paid lot for 25 BGN per 24 hours, or in their underground garage for 30 BGN per 24 hours, which is quite outrageous considering how much we already paid for the stay.
